Shaking his head like I was his biggest disappointment in life, he frowned at me. “I even told Eli I didn’t know anything.”

Drama queen.

“You don’t know anything.” Because I hadn’t talked to him since the other night. “There’s nothing to tell yet.”

He snorted, ruining his put-out expression. “Bullshit. You’re dating as a threesome. You’ve got a Daddy and your Daddy has a Dom. That’s a lot.”

Okay, maybe.

Shrugging, I relaxed back in the chair, swiveling it back and forth as I thought about Cohen. “Dinner was good and the cuddling after was nice. It wasn’t awkward like I expected it to be. I’m not going to say I know where this is going, but Cohen wanted to give me little time tonight and the idea of him seeing that side of me didn’t give me a heart attack…so…”

As I shrugged, he giggled and went back to shaking his head. “I didn’t drop dead, so I decided it was a good idea is not a good justification. You know that, right?”

I wasn’t so sure about that. It’d been my barometer for a long time because most people made me panic. “You’ve made more impulsive decisions.”

I knew because I’d been dragged into some of them.

Nodding and giggling, he didn’t look apologetic in the least. “But you’re more grown-up than I am.”

The little was more grown-up than the pup?

Was it an impulsive decision?

I frowned at Kenton. “Are you trying to talk me out of showing him my little side or into doing sexual things with him instead?”

My question had him nodding enthusiastically. “Yes.”

“This was multiple choice, not true or false.” Leaning forward and stretching again, I decided it was late enough that I was going to call it a day. “Besides, think of it like I’m taking a page out of Bishop’s book. If Cohen can’t handle my little side, we all need to know that now rather than later.”

Before I’d done more than kiss him and before I got any more invested in my relationship with Bishop. Just the way he smiled at me said he wanted to be my Daddy for the long haul, but I wasn’t so sure he could be happy without having someone to take care of his pup side too.

Yeah, we needed to know that now before we were any more invested than we already were, and…and he was Uncle Cohen…that didn’t seem scary.

“He’s going to read me a book.” It was the furthest thing from sexual we could get, but I found myself blushing as Kenton giggled. “My little side came out a few times at dinner and he took it in stride. He didn’t even bring any attention to it. He just responded appropriately and was nice about it.”

“So little time first and then naughty time later?” Bouncing again before I could even think about how to respond to that, he nodded like he’d already answered his own question. “I knew Bishop liked you from the first time he smiled at you.”

“Bullshit.” Bishop smiled at everyone.

“No.” Waving his hands excitedly, Kenton shook his head. “There was just something in his eyes and he’d have flirted with you right then if you’d given him a hint that you liked him. You’re just lucky he’s so outgoing.”

“And pushy.” But I grinned, making sure Kenton knew I didn’t think that was a bad thing.

He rolled his eyes again. “You need pushy in your life. Oh, is Cohen pushy? He seems laid-back, but that might be because he’s quiet?”

“He’s private.” Or at least that was the impression I’d gotten. “But he said he didn’t mind everyone knowing that we were dating.”

Kenton’s squeal made my ears bleed. “Oh, can I tell?”

Who?

Thankfully, he answered my question without my even having to ask. “They’re going to be so excited.”

Everyone.

We were telling everyone.

I was definitely going to need a little night.

Bunny now or Bunny later?

Doorbell.

“That answers that.” Bunny later…but not too much later.

Walking.

Walking.

Grown-ups didn’t zoom inside.

“Hi.” Did that sound awkward? They were studying me like it’d been weird, so I tried again as I stepped back and opened the door wider. “Hello.”

Oh, that was trying too hard.

Both of them each raised one eyebrow, and it was so funny I started giggling. “Sorry.”

As they walked inside, filling the small entryway, Cohen looked over at Daddy and frowned as he took a plastic container from him. “How did lunch go?”

Huh?

Did they bring more cookies?

I stepped back and even remembered to lock the door as they walked toward the living room, but Daddy huffed and shook his head. “He was not this distracted or little at lunch.”

Oh.

Yeah, distracted was a good way to put it.

Maybe they brought more bunny cookies?

But I found myself giggling again when they both turned in unison to look at me. “I’m fine.”

I might’ve been tired, though.

It’d been a long afternoon.

Daddy rolled his eyes, making me giggle again before pulling me into his arms. As I rested against his chest, Uncle Cohen came up behind me, cuddling me. He stroked my back and even kissed my head as Daddy hugged me tight.
