We did dishes together and then moved to the living room. “Can I give you a massage?” I queried, hoping to help him relax even more.

“You definitely don’t have to ask twice.” He grinned and he was incredibly beautiful when he did.

Kieran sat on the floor, and I perched behind him on the couch. I worked the oil into his skin, massaging some of the tension from his shoulders.

“You’re tight,” I told him.

“So are you,” he replied with laughter in his voice.

I liked it when he joked around. He should do it more often. “I should hope so, but we want my hole to be tight. I’m not sure that’s what you’re hoping with your shoulders.”

“No, no, I’m not,” he admitted before he dropped his head forward.

There was still so many things I didn’t know about him, but I wanted to know them all. I’d taken to asking him questions here and there so I could fill my head with knowledge about him. “How do you know Marco?” I wasn’t sure why that was the first thought that had come into my head.

“Tsk, tsk. Don’t tell me you’re still jealous over him.”

“What?” I blanched. “I’ve seen him once. How could I be jealous of him?”

“Because you think I’ve had him.”

He’s right. I was. I remembered feeling that way when I’d noticed their familiarity in the adult store. “Have you, Sir?” I asked.

“Yes.”

Something twisted in my gut, even though I knew it shouldn’t. I didn’t have the right. Kieran had made it clear from the beginning, and numerous times afterward, that this wasn’t to get emotional. We were sating needs the other had and that was it.

“Was he your boy?” I dug my fingers into his tendons while trying to pretend this wasn’t as important to me as it was.

“No. I’m friends with his Master. He’s shared Marco with me before when they wanted to play. I helped him train Marco. That’s the extent of it.”

That was the first time Kieran had mentioned a friend. It made sense for me, because I didn’t really have friends, but I knew he did. “Why don’t we ever do anything with them? Not sex, but—”

“I don’t know. Maybe we will,” he said but there was something different in his voice that I couldn’t place.

My pulse accelerated even more at the thought of spending time with them. I realized I wanted it for more reasons than I cared to admit. It wasn’t just because it brought me closer to Kieran, but a strange need became tingling beneath my skin. I wanted to know someone who was submissive like me. I wanted…I wanted someone I could relate to.

Kieran turned his head then, and I realized I’d stopped massaging. “I should have arranged this sooner,” he said. “I should’ve known better.”

“Why?”

“Because you’re so new to this. The only person you’ve known who shares our lifestyle is me. I’m sorry, boy. I’ll try to arrange something soon. Would you like that?”

I smiled because I did want that. I smiled because Kieran had thought to give it to me, and because he would do it since he knew it was important to me. “Thank you, Daddy,” I replied. “That…it means a lot to me.”

He shook his head. “Don’t thank me. That’s what I’m here for.”

After the massage was over, we sat on the floor around the coffee table and played a board game together, which Kieran won. He carried me to bed after his victory and spent an eternity playing with my hole, before he pushed his cock in deep and fucked me so good, he made me fly.

CHAPTER TWELVE

It was hard to believe that another two weeks had flown by with Kieran. I felt more comfortable in my role and could easily shift between it and my life as a lawyer. I smiled at the thought as I closed the case file. It had been a long day and I was more than ready to go home. Looking up, I saw Phil standing in the doorway. He had his arms crossed as he leaned against the jamb, with a smile on his face.

“What?” I asked, surprised to see him there. Things had been okay with us since the day at his condo, but we didn’t talk the way he had when he’d wanted in my pants. I guess he truly saw that we weren’t a match.

“You’re different,” he told me.

I waved him off. “I don’t know what you mean.” Yes, I’m different. I have a cage on my cock right now and you don’t know. I have a Dominant Daddy who spanks me and takes care of me, and I love every second of it.

“Yes, you do. You have to know. You’re happier. That much is obvious. Everyone is talking about it. You’ve always been confident in your performance—I mean, who wouldn’t be with the way you win.” He grinned and I did too. I loved that I thrived here. That I won and was still being considered for partner. “But even the wins feel different. I don’t know…it’s hard to put into words but it feels more genuine. As though, whatever has you smiling when you come into the office every morning and leave every afternoon, is bleeding into your life here.”
