When the waves passed, she grabbed her Daddy’s shoulders and rode him harder, pounding up and down on him while she watched his expression turn to pure lust. His lips parted. His eyes rolled back. It was powerful and invigorating at the same time.

He groaned low and deep a moment before he grabbed her hips and held her down, pushing up into her as deep as he could while his body throbbed out his release.

They were both panting hard as she set her forehead against his. “That was awesome, Daddy. I think I’d like to ride you more often.”

He chuckled and kissed her soundly. “I doubt I’ll ever have a complaint on that issue.”

She smiled as he eased her off him and spread her out on the mattress. “Don’t move. Let Daddy go get a cloth to clean you up, Little girl.”

She couldn’t move if she wanted to. She was too sated and happy.

Chapter Sixteen

The alarm was blaring, and Avery reached out with a hand to slap it and make it stop. Chuckling next to her made her lift an eyebrow. “What are you laughing about. It’s too early for laughing,” she grumbled as she pulled the covers over her head.

“Do you really use an actual alarm clock to get up in the morning? Even on the weekend?” Trace leaned over her and picked up the barbaric antiquated relic, still chuckling.

“Put it back down. You’ll mess up the snooze,” she complained, swatting at his hand.

He laughed harder as he sett it on her nightstand. “It’s going to go off again in ten minutes?”

She stuck her head out from under the covers to glare at him. “Nine. Don’t you know anything about alarm clocks?”

“I thought you were a morning person.” He was grinning wide as he leaned over her and brought his face close.

She batted at him and turned her face away. “I am a morning person. Morning doesn’t start until five-thirty. Not five-twenty-one.”

He laughed harder, his body shaking both of them. “You set your alarm for five-twenty-one so that when the snooze goes off you can start your day at precisely five-thirty?”

“Of course.” She rolled away from him. “Don’t try to kiss me until I brush my teeth.”

He slid a hand up her naked body and thumbed her nipple.

“Trace!”

“What happened to calling me Daddy when we’re at home?”

“Fine, Daddy.” She wiggled away from him and slid off the other side of the bed to stomp into the bathroom. She really meant it about the toothbrushing.

Moments later, he was behind her, his hands on her shoulders, his lips on her neck. He kissed her sweetly and then took the toothbrush from her hand, squeezed toothpaste on it, and held it to her mouth. “Open.”

“I can do it,” she argued.

“I know you can, but let Daddy be a Daddy today.”

“Fine.” She opened her mouth and let him brush her teeth even though it was weird.

When he was done, he tipped a cup to her lips so she could rinse, and then he kept her pinned to the sink as he brushed his own teeth. The moment that was done, he spun her around, cupped her face, and kissed her so soundly she forgot it was morning.

“There. Much better,” he declared when he finally released her lips. “Now, I assume the reason we are up at five-twenty-one on a Saturday is to jog?”

“Of course.”

“Then we better get dressed and get out there.” He took her hand and led her back to the bedroom.

She felt his gaze on her the entire time as she put on her running clothes and shoes. “It’s arm day too,” she informed him. “We have to lift weights when we get back.”

“Of course,” he parroted. “Makes perfect sense.”

She narrowed her gaze. “Are you making fun of me?”

He shook his head. “Never.”

Just then the alarm went off again.

She walked over to it and turned it off. “Time to hit the pavement.”

Trace loved this woman and the Little inside her. He’d known it for a few days, but this morning he felt like he was walking on air. He couldn’t stop smiling.

After jogging and weights, she showered while he made breakfast. Afterward, he showered and they headed to the furniture store. He loved the look on her face when he led her through a perfectly normal shop to the Employees Only door and through it to reveal a secret hidden store for Littles.

She was like a kid in a candy shop choosing furniture and toys and clothes. When she wasn’t looking, Trace added several items to the cart. He would reveal them later.

Next, they stopped to get paint swatches, but Avery honed in on one particular pink for the nursery and a specific blue-gray for the office, so they didn’t bother with the swatches. They ended up back at the house before noon with all the paint supplies they would need.
