“Better me than you, lelka,” he said shortly, for once not making a joke or a sarcastic remark. “You’re too delicate to take a death hug from a V’ranna.”

For once Celia agreed with him, though she certainly wasn’t used to thinking of herself as “delicate.” She’d been curvy all her life and being with the two big warriors was the first time she’d ever felt petite. It was kind of a nice feeling, she decided—now that she knew the two of them just wanted to protect her.

They spent some time getting ready for bed—Hold went out and put some tiny portable dryers inside the wet clothes which he said would circulate warm, dry air through them all night so they would be ready to wear in the morning. He also gathered some of the jewel moss and put it in the small, transparent stasis unit that Kat had sent with them. Then both he and Fierce changed out of their black trousers and boots into long sleep bottoms made of the same thin, thermal silk as the shirt Celia was wearing.

It was Celia’s turn to try not to stare—though it was difficult. The thin silk showed that what she had suspected was true—both brothers were hung like horses. She tried not to gape when she saw that Fierce’s shaft hung down almost to his knee—and it wasn’t even erect! Hold wasn’t much smaller either.

Celia wondered exactly how effective the “Bonding Fruit” they’d told her about was. She couldn’t imagine being able to take even one of their huge cocks inside her—let alone both at once!

At last everything was done for the night and the three of them had settled down in their previous positions, all lying side-by-side with Celia between Fierce and Hold. But even after Hold turned down the light, there was a lot of shifting around—it seemed no one was sleepy yet.

“I can’t fucking sleep,” Fierce complained after a few minutes.

“We need to try, though,” Hold told him. “We have to get back to the Mother Ship with the moss tomorrow.”

“Yeah, but I’m not tired. I’m bored.” Fierce reached up and turned the lamp on low so it shed a dim golden glow throughout the tent. Then he turned on his side and propped himself up on one elbow to look down at Celia.

“What do you want?” she demanded, frowning up at him. She liked the Dark Twin more than she had previously, but he could still irritate her like a sand burr at times too.

“I want to play Truth or Dare again,” Fierce announced.

“Why—you want to make me cry again?” Celia arched an eyebrow at him.

“No.” Fierce shook his head unrepentantly. “But it occurs to me that the game is called ‘Truth or Dare’ but all any of us did was the Truth part. I want to try some Dares.”

Celia’s heart immediately started beating faster. She’d been trying to relax and not think about the two big, muscular male bodies on either side of her. But she couldn’t ignore the way Fierce was leaning over her and looking down into her eyes in that challenging way.

“What kind of ‘Dares’ are you wanting to do?” she demanded, wishing her voice didn’t sound so breathless.

“Why don’t you ask me and find out?” Fierce growled softly. “Come on, lelka—or are you afraid?”

Celia lifted her chin and glared up at him.

“I am not afraid of you or anything you might dare me.”

“Fine. Then ask me ‘Truth or Dare,’” Fierce challenged her.

“All right then…Truth or Dare, Fierce?” she asked.

“Dare,” he said at once, as she had known he would. “I dare you to kiss my brother—on the mouth,” he added, as though making sure she wouldn’t cheat.

“What?” Celia was confused. She was sure the Dark Twin would dare her to kiss him—not his brother. “I don’t understand—won’t you be jealous if I kiss Hold and not you?” she asked, frowning.

“Of course not. My brother’s pleasure is my pleasure,” Fierce told her. “Besides, I know he wants to kiss you.” He arched an eyebrow at her. “Why—are you afraid to take the Dare?”

Celia sat up and frowned at him. She knew the Dark Twin was goading her into doing something she wouldn’t normally have done. But at the same time, she kind of wanted an excuse to do it.

“I’m not afraid,” she told him. Then she turned to look at Hold. The Light Twin was still lying on his back, completely at ease. Celia thought he was a mouthwatering sight, with his thick silver hair and gorgeous hazel-green eyes that tilted down at the corners, giving him that bedroom look. Not to mention his broad, muscular chest on display.

“My lady?” he murmured, looking up at her. “Do you wish to take your pleasure with me?”

Celia felt a shiver of desire go through her. She liked the way Hold was just lying there, open to her—letting her know she could be in charge if she wanted to. And suddenly, she wanted to—very much.
