“You paused the game,” she stated. A loud crinkling sound rent the air as she crushed the plastic bottle with one hand, then threw it in the recycle bin without looking. Score.

“Yeah. And?”

She closed the gap between them and flattened her breasts into his chest. Looking up at him, she appeared so fragile, yet so strong. Her vulnerability is showing. On purpose. Emotional panties down around her ankles. She’s open. Wide open. The soft warmth from her body sent his into a heatwave.

“Why did you stop the game?”

“That’s a silly question, Nadia. Because you came into my kitchen and we were still playin’. Or so I thought. You came in here.”

“Ain’t no such thing as a silly question.” She smiled, her voice soft, sexy, and a bit raspy. “I came. I saw. I want to make you cum, too. Fuck that game.” She bared her teeth and made as if she were going to chomp the tip of his nose. “I want to play with you now instead.” She took a small step back and smiled, ogling his groin. His dick was semi-hard, and he felt it twitch as her eyes rested there. He ran his hand slowly over it, breaking her scrutiny. Her eyes gradually drifted back up to his. “Am I allowed now?” Her lips curled upward, but her tone seemed tinged with a touch of resentment. “You said I wasn’t ready for you. You had turned me down. Do I finally qualify?”

“That question goes both ways…”

Wrapping one arm around his neck, she pulled him in for a kiss. He bent down to pluck his flower, and their lips pressed against one another as their breathing became mutually louder and choppy. She groaned as he backed her up against the wall, slamming her in place.

“I’ll take that as a ‘yes’…”

Nadia walked into Lennox’s dark bedroom and leaned against the wall. It was modest. Extremely clean. A little chilly, too. It smells like starch, a little bleach and fresh laundry in here. He smacked the wall and a dull orange light bathed the room. In a matter of moments, he turned on two blue lava lamps, then lit a stick of incense and several candles he’d taken from a small cupboard in his dining room. Arlo Parks’, ‘Caroline’ played from large pulsing speakers hanging from two corners of his bedroom.

He looked at her a couple of times, but didn’t say anything. She walked to a large window to the left. Tipping the curtains open, she looked out, loving the view. The highway appeared small in the far distance, a cocaine line of light blue and red dust, but the speeding cars lit the sky as ‘Take You There,’ by Pete Rock began to play. She swayed to the easy, lax rap beat.

In the reflection of the window, she looked up and saw a tall, muscular figure coming up behind her. She slowly turned in his direction and took him all in. He was naked from head to toe. Only his necklace and gleaming watch remained.

Thank God for a man…

He stood so close to her, she had no choice but to etch this magnificence from the one above that stood before her. He reached for her and took her hands into his, eerily quiet, but his eyes were nothing but gray smolder and lust. Her heart beat a bit faster as she studied him, wishing she could read his mind. Sex had been nothing more than a game, a means to an end in the most recent years of her life, but with Lennox, no… This was different. This was real. He leaned ever so closer to her, to the point that she could hear his slow, rhythmic breathing over the melody playing. Jet black facial hair, naturally tanned flesh, freckles on his broad, muscular chest, incredible pecs, an eight pack that was so hard it rivaled concrete, tapered waist, an Adonis belt that made her salivate, thick, but well-trimmed black pubic hair that haloed a generous, long, veiny, gorgeous dick, muscular thighs, long legs with unbelievable calves, big, well taken care of feet. The man was not eye candy. He was an entire buffet…

Her voice disappeared as he grabbed the back of her hair, tilted his head, and placed a hot kiss on her lips. She shivered when his tongue plunged deep inside her mouth. She forgot she was still dressed until she felt his hands roaming her body. Not once did he speak since he’d brought her inside of his bedroom. His hands, the music, the vibe and his mouth said it all. The old school song, ‘Mind Blowin’’ by Smooth, now serenaded them. She smiled at that. He knows me so well. She used to dance to that song as an introduction when she’d come out on the stage. But then, her smile slipped. How’d he know?
