A slow song played and our group broke into couples to snuggle and sway. I was happy to be wrapped up in Daddy's arms again.
"Holden, Ollie," Zack said as he and Blake came closer to us, "I wasn't sure what to get you for a gift-"
"Please don't feel like you have to get us anything," Daddy interrupted.
"I know I don't have to; I want to. So, any night of your choosing, I'd like to prepare a three course meal for you in your home. You can just sit back and relax."
"And I'll help him serve and clean up," Blake added, "So you won't have to worry about anything."
"That's so sweet," I gushed. "It'll be a special date night for us."
"Thank you both," Daddy smiled as he bowed his head.
"We have a little something for you too," Shawn said as he and Frankie crowded in beside us. He retrieved an envelope from his jacket pocket and said proudly as he passed it over to me, "It was my brilliant boy's idea."
Everyone chuckled as I ripped the envelope to shreds to get to what was inside. I gasped when I pulled out two tickets and read the words on the front, "Disney on Ice! These are great!" I looked at Daddy and said, "We'll have two special date nights!" He chuckled again when I did a wiggly dance of excitement.
"Thank you," Daddy told the couple. "That was very thoughtful of you, Frankie." My friend beamed and Shawn gave him a big kiss.
"I guess this is as good of a time as any to tell you what I got you," Daddy told me, and I gasped again.
"But Daddy, I didn't get you anything."
His lips spread into a gentle smile. "You've given me the most incredible gift; to wake up next to you every morning and fall asleep next to you every night. You make me laugh and give me purpose. I couldn't think of anything better than that."
"Oh, Daddy." My eyes welled up as I gave him a big hug around the waist. "You're my gift, too. I love you so much."
He kissed me soundly and cupped my cheeks. "Do you remember how I said that things were too busy with my clients right now to take a honeymoon?" I nodded. "That was a little white lie. I wanted to surprise you; I booked us a week-long trip across the country on a train. We'll sleep in our own compartment, eat in a dining car and stop to see sights along the way. We leave in two days." I teetered in his arms but he held me tighter so that I wouldn't fall.
"Really?" He nodded, but I couldn't believe he'd gotten me such an amazing surprise. "Really?"
"Really, baby boy. But I haven't told you the best part."
I put a shaky hand on my chest. "I'm not sure I can handle much more," I told him seriously. I was overwhelmed by his generosity.
He stroked my cheeks and my friends patted my shoulders until I calmed down enough for Daddy to continue, "Our friends have been in on the surprise. I've invited Shawn, Franklin, Blake, and Zack to join us on our trip. We're all going on this adventure together."
Tears streamed down my cheeks onto his fingers. The only thing better than sharing this incredible experience with my Daddy was getting to share it with all of my family.
I whispered through shaky lips, "Thank you, Daddy," though the words weren't enough. "I can't wait for this adventure with you." I opened my arms and told my friends, "All of you."
They crowded in until we were all wrapped in a group hug. These men gave me warmth, support, and happiness. No matter what challenges we faced or adventures awaited, I was blessed to know we'd always be together.
And as for my sweet, sexy, caring, perfect man, he would have all of my love for all of my life. Every day with him was a gift and an adventure, and I would cherish every single moment with my lover, partner, Daddy, and husband.

“Oh…my…gosh!” Ollie exclaimed when we stepped onto the passenger train. The boy was exuding joy and excitement from every pore; his eyes were as wide as saucers as they took in the sights around him, the conductor’s hat I’d bought him a while back was proudly perched on his head, and his trembling hands were crossed over his heart.
