“Where are we going?” I scream, letting go of him with my right hand to make sure my skirt is covering my ass.

“Ammo…” The girl screams at him as he smiles, then looks back at me.

“Just hold on,” he demands.

I quickly hug him…this time I scoot as close as I can. My hands tighten as I feel his abdomen muscles move as he shifts gears.

The girl waves and screams. “Can we party?” Thankfully he ignores her, because for some reason, all women bug me when it comes to this man.

Which is absurd, she’s a fan. He’s as famous as me, and it’s not like I like him, so why should I care if women throw themselves at him? It has to be because I’m tired.

And now he’s not taking me home. My nails dig into him as he reaches to hold my hands in place, and my stomach flips.

Jesus.

Don’t be stupid, Courtney, and get confused here, he’s a rock star…and you’re a rock star. He’s not boyfriend material.

Boyfriend…that word just sounds ridiculous labeled to him. He’s as far from boyfriend material than anyone I’ve ever met.

I bite my lower lip as he turns right onto Sunset Boulevard, and I know exactly where he’s taking me. And it’s not like I can do anything about that revelation.

I’m trapped.

Another car honks as we climb the winding road up the Hollywood Hills…what does this mean?

Like, he’s taking me to his house. Excitement floods my core that I’ve been trying to ignore.

Just don’t panic, act like you do this kind of stuff all the time. Only I don’t. I’ve only been with one other man, and look how that turned out.

Why? Why didn’t I listen to Melanie when she begged me to fuck random men? But at the time, I was just so hurt…and now I pick him? Actually, he picked me.

Or we picked each other…either way, I need to stop this. Ammo is nothing more than a filthy-mouthed rock legend with a dirty dick.

Holy fuck, now that I’m thinking about it, he better not have given me anything. What the hell? He didn’t even ask me if I was on birth control. But then again, what is wrong with me? I warn Melanie that his giant cock is probably crawling with STDs…and then I go and let him fuck me raw?

Perfect.

I hate him all over again.

AMMO

I can feel the second her mood switches, her whole body, vibe, whatever this connection I seem to have with Courtney suddenly changes.

She better not start up with that diva, drama shit. I’m not gonna stand for it because she had a breakthrough today. All I want to do is make us dinner, fuck, then pass out, I don’t think that’s too much to ask for.

Pulling up to my gate, I can’t help but grin at her squirming as I place my thumb on the panel.

Yeah, I might have to fuck first, then dinner since I didn’t get off in the garage. And every dig of her nails into my abdomen, knowing she has no panties on, her cunt dripping onto my seat.

Christ.

The sound of my gate opening brings me back to the now, I continue down my driveway and wait until it fully closes before I pull into the garage. A couple years ago, the gate didn’t shut after the gardeners left. I came home to two naked women in my bed. They were harmless fans, but not invited, and even though Courtney believes I screw anything that has a pussy, that’s not the case.

I’ve tried having security roam around my house, but can’t stand it. My home is my sanctuary, and it doesn’t matter how much Rafe bitches at me about needing a bodyguard, I refuse.

That being said, I do pay to have the best cameras and security system in the world, I just have them monitor it from their office instead of my house.

I barely have my bike turned off before Courtney is trying to jump off, but my hand stops her.

“Just relax,” I hiss, getting off. Christ, she’s gonna burn her bare leg on the exhaust pipe if she’s not careful. “I said relax.” I push her hands aside as she’s now battling the chin strap of the helmet.

“You relax, Ammo. I mean, what are we doing?” she yells as soon as the helmet’s off, shaking her hair free, as I toss it on my shelving unit.

“I’m not a groupie.” Courtney vaults off the bike, and I can’t stop my grin at her gracefulness. I sometimes forget that her whole life she’s spent training to be exactly what she’s become…a star.

“You don’t even ask me anything, you just… take.” She jerks the rubber band free that was holding one of her two bun things.

“I’m as famous as you. Asshole,” she spits out as I cross my arms and watch her. She’s a spoiled brat and complete drama, but not gonna lie, I’m starting to dig her.
