I continue to worry my bottom lip, nervous about talking to a stranger, especially in my Little space.
After Elijah reads the response, he meets my gaze again. “You were very brave out there, Little one. But next time, you should let go of the bag. It’s dangerous to fight against a mugger. He could have been armed with a knife or worse. You might have gotten badly injured. Your bag wasn’t worth the risk.”
I hold his gaze. “I know self-defense, Sir. I didn’t want to let him win today.”
He pats my bottom, making me realize his hand is resting under my dress against my panties. “And you did a great job. He didn’t win. But it was still too dangerous.” He lifts his brows. “Promise me if you ever encounter someone like that again, you’ll let him take the bag.”
I sigh. “Okay.”
“Good girl. I’d worry about you if I thought you weren’t going to listen to me.”
“How often do you come here to the mainland if you live on the island?” I try to make it sound like idle curiosity, but really I’m intrigued by him, and already I want to see him again.
I’m being silly. I know it. Even though I’m squirming with lust over this police officer Daddy, I don’t enjoy total regression like he does. It would never work out in the long run. I need to shake thoughts of the future from my head and concentrate on enjoying tonight.
Even if this is the only night I ever get to feel what it’s like to be Daddied by Elijah, I’m going to cherish it and memorize every moment.
Elijah brings the water to my lips again. “A few weekends a month. Drink some more, Baby girl.”
I set my hand over his and hold on to his finger while I drink. I’ve never been this pampered in my life. I’m going to treasure this night in my head for the rest of forever.
I know I can’t be his Little girl for real, but I can pretend for a few hours. It will take my mind off my boo-boos, and it just might be the best thing that happens to me all summer.
Elijah sets the bottle of water down when he’s satisfied with how much I’ve had to drink and then holds my fingers in his much larger ones, careful not to touch my palms. “What do you do when you’re not playing at the club, Petra?”
“I’m a teacher.”
“Let me guess… Kindergarten?” He smiles.
I shake my head and giggle. “Nope. High school English.”
His eyes widen in honest surprise. “Wow. That’s a tough job. You certainly can’t be Little when you’re at work. You must have a very well-defined adult side that’s the polar opposite of your Little side.”
I nod. He’s right. It’s not easy, but I do it. That’s another thing that has made me jealous of Briana. Now that she’s moved to the island, she never ever has to be in her adult skin again. In fact, it’s not permitted. I love that’s she’s found the perfect Daddies, and she’s so happy.
It’s not practical for me, of course. I need my job in order to pay my rent, the bills, and all the things that life throws at me. But it’s fun to dream of what it would be like to be Little all the time and have a Daddy take care of all my needs.
“You have a very peaceful look on your face, Little one,” Elijah says with a smile. “You must be thinking really happy thoughts.”
I nod, but I don’t share. There’s no point. It’s okay to fantasize, but I only get tonight with this amazing Daddy.
Elijah holds my gaze as he continues to rock me, patting my panty-clad bottom over and over. He’s making me squirm. The longer I sit on his lap, the wetter my panties get. Every time I shift my weight, my dress teases my nipples too.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been this attracted to a man. He’s so sexy and strong. I love his warm smile and the dimples on his cheeks.
“I find I’m rather mesmerized by you, Little one,” he informs me. “You sure you’re not interested in the kind of life we live on Regression Island?”
I shake my head. “I can’t picture myself playing that young, Sir.” I’m sad, though. It would be convenient if I enjoyed the same lifestyle as him.
He sighs. “Well, then, I guess I better get my fill of you tonight. I’ll cherish our time together in my memory. I really enjoy your company.”
I smile. “I enjoy your company too, Sir.”
A shadow looms over us, and I turn my gaze to find Mike approaching. “Elijah, there’s a man at the entrance who says he’s with the police. Did you call him?”
Elijah nods. “Yes. His name is Chase. He’s in the lifestyle. That’s why I called him to take a statement from Petra. He’s safe to let in.”
