Answering his silent request, she took him into her mouth slowly as her fingers wrapped around the thick base of his shaft. She could feel his cock pulsing inside her grip and loved the power she had over him. Maisie sucked experimentally and felt his hand grip her ribcage to pull her up his body until she straddled his pelvis.

“I wasn’t done,” she protested.

“You were done. Now, it’s Daddy’s turn.”

Caressing her small breasts, Beau told her, “You are so beautiful, Maisie. I am a very lucky man.”

When she ground her pussy against him, Beau explored her wetness and pushed her arousal higher as he ensured she was ready to take him. As he entered her, Maisie closed her eyes to concentrate on the feel of him filling her completely.

“So pretty,” he crooned, and she opened her eyes. The look on his face went straight to her heart. There was no mistaking his love for her.

When his hand cupped her face, she turned to press her lips against his palm. “I love you, Daddy.”

“I love you so much, Maisie. Let me show you.”

A long time later, she rested in her usual spot against his chest as her heart rate slowed. Her mind full of pleasure and release, Maisie drifted off to sleep in his arms, holding Floof close.

Hours later, she woke up in the dark with a solution to the problem her team had wrestled with for three days. Quietly, she rolled to the edge of the bed and stood up. Wrapped in his robe, she headed for her office. Jotting everything down, she tested her idea.

Leaping to her feet, Maisie celebrated quietly and alone, as she always had. When she heard his throat clear behind her, she whirled to see Beau wearing the sheet draped around his hips.

“Damn!” popped out of her mouth as she looked over his bare chest.

“Got room for a partner in that celebration?” he asked, strolling forward.

“It worked,” she whispered.

“Of course it did.”

Beau wrapped his arms around her and turned her in a circle, leading her through some fancy dance moves. “Congratulations, Little girl. I’ll leave you alone to contact your team. I’m glad I could contribute to distracting your mind,” he winked as she blushed at the suggestion that the orgasms he’d lavished on her had helped.

“We may have to test that theory,” she said saucily.

“Any time, Little girl. Any time.”

As Maisie turned back to her computer, grinning, he added, “You may want to cover up the hickey on your neck.”

She pulled the lapels closer and hugged herself. Having Beau to celebrate with absolutely trumped being on her own.

CHAPTER 13

With Maisie and Beau so wrapped up in spending every free minute together, weeks passed quickly. They were both intensely committed to their jobs. They had a few struggles to find what would work for them but soon settled into a routine that included both her apartment in DC and his home in Avondale. They didn’t share when they were back in town with anyone except his staff because they needed to be alone together.

Maisie knew their friends would understand even when she answered texts from the other Littles wondering how things were going for her and Beau. It was just too new and special to share with anyone else. Not yet.

Being a complete control freak who’d never had anyone in charge of what she did and when, Maisie struggled to allow Beau the control he needed to have over his Little girl and that, honestly, Maisie knew she needed him to have. Her bottom was frequently red, filled, and sometimes both.

It didn’t take her genius IQ to understand she risked burning out if she continued working so hard. They’d carefully set up safe words and negotiated and renegotiated rules. Each time she panicked, Beau quietly helped her work through whatever was causing the roadblock. Adding extra insulation to the already thick walls of her apartment had helped take away her fear of being overheard by the neighbors when he punished or rewarded her.

She was so thankful for him. Without her Daddy’s steadfast belief that they could and should make this work, Maisie knew she would have taken the easy way out and run away. That would have made her completely miserable. Even at her prickliest, she always knew Beau loved her more deeply than anyone ever had in her life.

“Maisie, time to turn off the computer.” His voice traveled easily down the hallway, making her smile.

She decided to listen to him this time and stood from her computer chair to stretch. Beau had checked on her twice already, but she hadn’t been able to leave the equation that was taunting her. Now, staring back at it on the screen, she wondered if she hadn’t screwed something up and needed to quadruple check what she’d just finished triple checking. With a sigh, Maisie whirled the chair around to sit back down.
