Terrence scrunched up his face. “You always say pasta.”

Not anymore.

“I don’t know what you mean. You like the word noodle. You use it a lot. So there should be nothing wrong with me using it.” It was a good word and he needed to see that it would take more than having dinner with little Terrence to scare me off.

Chapter 9

Terrence

“And then I said I needed more toys and Leander said no, but I won because it’s my money and I can buy toys if I want. Right?” I was right but Daddy needed to say I was right.

“Yes.” Daddy kissed my head and stole the keys from my hand. “But Daddy will open the door or we’ll freeze to death after I get stabbed.”

He was so silly.

“You’re dangerous with those.” Daddy kept the keys after he opened the door. “Littles who talk with their hands don’t need pointy things.”

“I’m not little. I was just talking about toys.” There was a big difference. “That’s not little. Everyone can talk about toys. People collect them.”

“You don’t collect them. You play with them and you had ice cream with sprinkles on it for dessert and I had to help you buckle your seat belt because you didn’t want it touching you.” Daddy raised one eyebrow and kissed my head again before he put his hand behind my back and helped me in the house. “And you’ve been talking about your toys for the whole drive home because you want to play with them but you don’t want to tell me that.”

Maybe.

“First dates are about getting to know the big sides. I remember that.” I thought it was kind of stupid, but I remembered it.

“Why do we have to do it that way?” Daddy seemed very confused as he took off my coat and hung it up on the hooks by the door. “I think getting to know both parts of you is important.”

“Um, dates?” I hadn’t made the silly rule. “I had Doms tell me that and so did Leander.”

“They’re wrong.” Shrugging, Daddy didn’t seem to have a problem calling out the other Doms. “I’m right.”

“Okay.” It wasn’t nice to tell a Daddy he was wrong anyway, so I wasn’t going to be naughty when I liked the rule. “You’re the Daddy.”

“Yep.” Daddy crouched down in front of me. “Feet up. You don’t have to wear the shoes anymore.”

Yay.

“One.” Daddy was a good helper and made my first foot unstuck. “Two. All set.”

Wiggling my toes felt so good. “Shoes are the hardest part of winter, Daddy.”

“I think part of the problem is that your feet are too wide for the shoes you’re buying.” Daddy frowned at my Santa sneakers. “These are cute but they don’t fit.”

“But they’re cute.” And the Santa was tiny so no one could see him and frown at me. “They’re very cute.”

Daddy rolled his eyes as he stood up. “I’m not arguing about how they look. You’re making yourself miserable because they’re too narrow.”

“But they’re cute.” I liked cute shoes. “If I have to wear shoes, they have to be cute.”

Shoes were terrible.

“Your shoes are driving you crazy because they’re not the right size.” Daddy frowned when I shrugged. “This conversation shows I’m right. You’re little.”

“I’m naughty even when I’m big. Leander says I’m a pain in the butt.” He said ass but I couldn’t say that since I wasn’t big. “So I’m not little.”

Daddy shook his head. “Alright, big boy, how about you show me your playroom since we can all stop ignoring that room now.”

Yay.

“I’m not supposed to show strangers my playroom because they don’t always understand. The plumber was rude.” My toys didn’t have to stay in a box to be special. “He said playing with the toys ruined them.”

He was crazy.

Daddy’s frown said he thought so too. “That’s rude.”

Daddy could handle the plumber if the pipes got naughty again.

“I told him that too.” It just made him frowny and pouty. “But he fixed the pipes once he stopped whining.”

Toy people who weren’t play with the toys people were brats.

“I’ll help with the plumber if he has to come over again.” Daddy already knew that was his job without me having to say so. He was amazing. “But I still haven’t seen your special room and now you’re telling me the plumber saw it first. That’s not nice to Daddy.”

Daddy was just as dramatic as Leander.

“It’s not my fault.” Old houses liked to be dramatic too. “I’ll share with you now since you’re not a stranger.”

“I should hope not. I gave you a beautiful new kitchen. I’m not a stranger.” Daddy had different rules than Leander had said he would.

Maybe Leander didn’t know that it was fixing stuff that made a Daddy not a stranger?

Leander said it was orgasms or kisses, but Daddy didn’t think so.
