“Our sweet baby,” Enzo soothed as he rocked Ant back and forth. He gave me a pained smile, and I wasn’t sure what else to say either. But then I realized that sometimes, words just aren’t needed; that silent strength and support could speak volumes.

Remembering the last item in the shopping bag, I pulled it out and removed it from its packaging; the mint green pacifier that Ant was admiring in the store. Granted it wasn’t the exact one, as we were banned from that particular store and had to drive to the next town over, but it was still a match.

I reached over to run my fingers through our boy’s soft hair and whispered to him, “Ant, we have something else for you if you’d like it.”

After a few sniffles, he blinked his beautiful, watery blue eyes up at me, and gasped at the sight of the pacifier. I saw the desire in his dilated pupils, but I didn’t push. I held the paci still until he turned his gaze on me and parted his lips.

I slid the rubber nipple into his mouth and he closed his lips around it. The pale green plastic was so pretty against his fair skin. Ant gave a few slow, tentative sucks before sighing and letting his eyes slide shut. I could practically feel his relief when he nestled his head against Enzo's chest and sucked steadily. I wondered just how long he’d waited for this moment, and I was so happy to be part of it.

But I wanted to do more. Ant was cozied up in my brother’s arms, but I wanted to provide him comfort as well. Remembering his excitement at my previous offer, I untied his shoes and removed them along with his socks, revealing his cute little feet.

Not wanting them to get cold, I quickly poured some lotion onto my palms and wrapped my hands around his feet. I massaged gently from the tips of his toes to his heels, making sure to cover every inch of his skin in the sweet powder-scented cream.

Ant made little moaning sounds as I worked, and I noticed that his tears had dried. He was at peace, soaking up the comfort and care from his Daddies. I shared a smile with Enzo; the moment was perfect.

I continued to rub Ant’s feet while Enzo stroked his fingers up and down our boy’s arm. All was silent except for Ant’s quiet hums of enjoyment and the gentle breeze rustling through dry leaves. But then a rumbling noise cut through the air and it took a moment for me to realize what it was; Ant’s stomach was growling.

“Are you hungry?” Enzo asked when he too heard the noise.

When Ant nodded his head, I instantly felt as if I’d neglected his needs. I should have kept a better eye on the time; with helping him clean his home, driving across town, and playing in the leaves, it had been hours since we fed him toast. Our poor boy was probably starving.

I quickly put his socks and shoes back on his feet and suggested, “Our home is close by. Let’s take you there and get you something to eat.”

Enzo nodded his head in agreement, but Ant appeared a bit uneasy. He pulled the pacifier from his lips and explained quietly, “You said you live with eight other people.”

It took me a moment to understand his discomfort; he didn’t know anyone in the house, or what they may think of our relationship. I gave him a kind smile and said, “You have nothing to worry about, sweet baby. The people we live with are our closest friends, and they’ll want to be your friends too.”

To relax him more, I explained, “All of the other men are gay, and most of them are in committed relationships. Two of them, Hunter and Lance, share an adopted son, and two others, Cedric and Asher, just had a baby as well. Plus, Asher is Cedric’s Daddy Dom. Everyone’s relationship is a little different, and there is absolutely no judgment towards any way of life. We would never take you somewhere you wouldn’t be safe, and we wouldn’t be friends with people who could not accept us.”

The rest of the pride didn't know the exact nature of the relationship Enzo and I had been searching for. They knew that he and I preferred to "share" a man, but they didn't know about the age play aspect. It wasn't that we kept it from them or were ashamed in any way; it was a special type of relationship that hookups in the club hadn't facilitated, so it never came up around our friends. But it didn't matter; I knew without a doubt that our pride would stand behind us and support us in everything.

"They sound like nice people," Ant replied with a sweet smile.
