Hannah grips me closely, undone as she endures the pleasure I’m inflicting on her. The proper gentlemanly thing to do is make sure she’s screaming for me first, but damn if she isn’t making being a gentleman hard. She’s so fucking good, the way she squeezes me, the way her legs wrap around me, the way she holds me close. How melodic her moans are, how they tickle my ear as she lets them resonate against it.

She’s fucking beautiful, she’s kind, she’s smart, she’s witty, and she’s the greatest fuck I’ve ever had. And I run into her by her just bursting into my office about some corrupt ass health inspection.

The world is weird. But goddamn I’m thankful that it happened.

I hold on. Through iron will, I keep fucking her. I keep massaging her clit. I watch what it does to her, and how bewitching it is to watch in such an orgasmic trance. I yearn for her climax, for her body to explode around me in absolute nirvana.

Her back arches up, she screams for me, even louder than before. Climax wracks her, leaving her shaking, aching, and visibly incredibly happy.

And seeing that joy on her face is all I need to give in. To feel that rush of bliss as her pussy squeezes me so tightly, pulling at me, wanting to drain me of every last bit of essence I can give her, and God, I want to give her all of it. The rush of release shudders through me and I’ve never felt it more powerfully than I have before her.

She collapses back onto the makeshift bed of our clothes.

She’s more beautiful than I’ve ever seen before, a sweaty mess from the efforts of our lust. I’ve said that exact same thing before so many times in the past day, and all of them are true, she just exceeds my expectations again and again.

We lay in the field, side by side, looking up at the sunset, and I’m surprised I can already see the stars. There’s so much light back in the city, it’d have to be pitch darkness for me to see anything, but here, I can see them reflected on the orange and purple hues of the sky.

“I think I found the place I want to call home,” I say, as I wrap my arm around her and pull her close.

“One day and you know?” She asks me, that delightful smile of hers beaming my way.

“Hey, love at first sight sometimes isn’t strictly just for romantic love.”

“I tell you it’s going to be a lot more work than you think”

“And I’m willing to put in the time. I went to college for years for something I didn’t really even want to do. This is different. This is what I want .”

“Then I’ll help you in whatever way I can. Not that baking and farming are exactly sibling disciplines.”

“You being there for me is all the help I’ll ever need, Hannah.”

We share another kiss, and simply enjoy the serenity of the sunset.

The first of many we would have together.

It takes some time to close a deal, so Elias’s dreams of overalls and a straw hat didn’t instantly come to fruition. He also still had a sense of duty to the job he was appointed to. Despite not liking it, he truly did feel what he did was important, and I agreed. I didn’t exactly want to go into a diner, order a burger, and find it stuffed with roaches.

Three days after the whole mess started, business had gone back to normal. The accusations of health inspection violations didn’t harm my business one bit, as most of the town assumed it was all nonsense.

The ‘most’ part of that statement needs to be emphasized.

“Hannah Lee, the woman who sleeps with health inspectors to get a clean grade,” a sneering voice says as he pushes into my store.

A visit from the competition. “Good morning to you too, Henry.”

Haughtily he looks about. “I can’t believe this town doesn’t see this filth for what it is. Especially when a better product is literally across the street.”

Melanie pokes her head in from the kitchen. “Have you ever considered hiring security? I know a friend’s brother who’s looking for a job and would be perfect for something like this.”

“I don’t need security. I just need this guy to shut up.”

The door opens again. I hope it’s good news, but it’s anything but.

“Miss Lee, I’m informing you of the formal complaint I’m putting against your clearance.”

“Good morning, Fred.” I’m learning how to say the words ‘Good Morning’ in increasingly hostile ways, I suppose.

“This is a clear incidence of corruption, and your closeness to the inspector who cleared you is all the proof I need.”

“I guess the nuance that I never met him until a day beforehand has no weight?”
