His eyes closed, and I felt a sigh go through him as he touched me. His hand was so big in this form that it practically covered both breasts. I felt the connection between him and I. This. This magnificent electricity was why I kept coming back for more. I knew what we could be if he gave us a chance. I thought we’d gotten past this, but he’d always warned me what would happen if he had to descend.
Trent moved to my back, his hands on my shoulders. “We’ve missed you so much, baby. You have no idea. We weren’t complete without you.” One hand shifted around me, going to Gray’s arm and connecting my men to each other. “Like we couldn’t be complete without you, Gray. Stay with us. Stay as long as you can.”
He could stay forever. He didn’t owe Hell anything as far as I was concerned.
The air around me shifted and suddenly Gray was his normal still very large self. The clothes he’d been wearing hung off him, and Trent immediately drew the tunic off his shoulders, tossing it away.
Gray put a hand on the back of his neck, stopping Trent from moving too far. “I’m sorry. I got lost down there. I forgot it was almost time for her to come home. Forgive me.”
Trent’s hand went right back to the tat, and sure enough it was still a wolf. “Always.”
Gray turned my way. “You are a sight for sore eyes, Kelsey mine.”
I moved between them—where I was always happiest. I went on my toes and brushed my lips over his. “I know it wasn’t long for me, but I missed you. I missed you every second I was gone.”
His hands found my hair, and he devoured my mouth.
His tongue swept inside and played with mine. Every inch of my skin lit up as they started to touch me. Trent palmed a breast from behind me while Gray’s hand went straight to my pussy, easing past my jeans and finding the spot that was already soft and wet for him.
“I’ve dreamed about this every single night for years and years.” He’d reverted to human form but his fangs were still larger than usual, and they dragged lightly across my neck. “I dreamed about when my wife would come home to me. When we could finally be together again. All of us.”
He picked me up and carried me to the bed, dropping me there before undressing me with quick hands. Trent snuck in behind me, easing under my torso, my back against his chest. I could feel his erection against my spine, and his big hands cupped my breasts. I spread my legs wide for my demon husband, loving the fact that I was about to be in between them again.
It was where I longed to be, where I’d found my peace.
Gray joined us on the bed, pressing me down into the warmth of Trent behind me. He kissed me while his cock found its home and sank deep inside.
I held him and reveled in being together with my men.
Chapter Eight
I was cozy and warm the next afternoon when I finally woke up. Gray and Trent were in bed with me, cuddled on either side, and I thought seriously about indulging in more sex, but even for me the night before had been a lot. I was a bit sore, and we had a few things to talk through, things I’d let go the night before.
“So you want to explain the whole ‘I work for Lucifer, Lord of the Hell plane’ now?”
Gray groaned and let his head fall back to the pillow. “Not really.” He turned on his side, propping his head up with his hand, and looked over me to Trent. “You didn’t tell her about the whole protect her humans thing?”
Trent kissed my shoulder and cuddled close. We were calmer this afternoon, and Gray hadn’t even lost his shit once. Not that he’d had time to. We’d pretty much fucked all night until I couldn’t keep my eyes open a second longer.
I’d awakened to two pairs of hands on me and the joyous smell of bacon frying somewhere in our apartment. Eddie was hard at work, and I was going to enjoy having him spoil me again.
“Yes, that’s what I explained, but you know she’s not going to believe it until she hears it all from you,” Trent prompted.
I could feel the new talisman he’d picked up brush against my skin. He and Fenrir had gone into town and had dinner after their run. Apparently there was a woman in the small town who ran a hair salon that also sold magical items. Trent said that while the woman’s love potions were mostly sugar water with a hint of vodka, her talisman against demonic influence was solid. It had proven its worth the night before because Trent had been perfectly solid. I intended to make sure he wore that sucker all the time.
