It splashes against the back of my throat and onto my tongue, so sweet and salty and sticky. I don’t have to be told twice. I swallow eagerly, again and again as he sprays more and more and more. It just keeps coming. This man was born to put babies inside of me, and I’ve never wanted to be bred more in my life than I do right now.

I swallow and swallow, keeping my eyes focused on him the entire time as his are focused on me. That is until his cock jerks one last and final time and Jude tosses his head back and groans to the ceiling. “Fuck, baby. Goddamn, I think I’m going to pass out.”

He chuckles, runs both hands through my hair, caresses my neck, then reaches down and grabs me under my arms and lifts me up into his lap. I curl up in his arms and close my eyes. Absolute bliss.

“As your secretary,” I whisper, “is it okay if I cancel all the rest of your appointments so we can stay like this all day?”

Again, Jude laughs. Quite a shift from the smashing-cell-phone Jude I encountered when I first entered the office.

“Unfortunately, I have a lot of important things today. But that doesn’t mean we can’t see each other after work. What do you say to that, Ms. Johnson?”

“I say that sounds fantastic,” I giggle.

It takes a near act of God for me to find the strength to get myself up and off of Jude’s lap, but I manage to do so. He gives me a light spank on the butt as I’m tugging my skirt back down. I turn around and flash him a naughty little smile as I grab an empty manila folder and use it to scoop up the phone debris from the floor.

“I’ll order you another,” I tell him. “Call me tonight?”

Buckling his pants back up, Jude nods. “Absolutely.”

I spend the rest of the day overflowing with delight. Although Jude and I don’t manage to find any more alone time together, I do get to see him a few more times throughout the day as I’m doing my chores. I pass him in the hall, once when I’m delivering some files to his office, and once again when he’s on his way to the elevator with some important-looking men in suits. He flashes me a wink on the way that makes my knees go weak.

I’m hoping to see him again before I leave, but Carlos informs me he’s at a business dinner with a new music artist the company is hoping to sign to its music production division. “Just update his scheduling book and you can go.”

“Okay, thank you,” I say as I hurry into Jude’s office. Jude likes to keep a hardcopy of his schedule on his desk along with the one on his phone and computer. He says he’s “old fashioned that way,” so I quickly jot it down and then take the elevator down to the street and race to the subway to catch the next train to Brooklyn.

Oddly enough, I run into Gretchen standing by herself in the corner of the same car I’m riding. For a second, I wonder if I should go over and say something to her, but what would I say? Am I supposed to tell her that I didn’t end up losing my job and that things really worked out between Jude and me?

She glances behind her, and our eyes meet, and when she sees me, a look comes over her face that lets me know I really shouldn’t go over and say anything. It’s almost like she’s embarrassed – like she would give anything not to speak to me right now. So I just give a little polite smile, look away, and get off at my stop. The only thing on my mind right now is seeing Jude again tonight.

Jude

I glance down at my watch. The car should be here by now.

I’m anxious. I’m actually anxious waiting for her, and I never get anxious. I wasn’t anxious for tonight’s dinner with the starlet who’s tearing up the charts with her new hit single, I wasn’t anxious when we went to the board of Dash to buy their company, and I wasn’t anxious seven years ago when the company was at risk of going under. But I’m anxious now.

Why? Because I want Penny here right now, and the car should have been here three minutes ago. So where the hell are they?

No one at work knows about us, so it’s silly to think that there could have been a kidnapping. If the car had broken down, I would have gotten an immediate update from the driver. And the GPS tracker on my phone shows the dot right on top of mine, so they should be here.
