I turn away, unable to watch more of this sordid scene. But it’s not because I’m disgusted, but rather because I want what my friend has. I want my rectum invaded too, but not by some random stranger wielding a massive tool. Instead, I want the biggest and best piece of man meat out there, which just happens to belong to Bridge Jessop.

Suddenly, I know that I’d do anything to have the alpha male with me right now. I’d tear down walls, smite children, and even kick a puppy or two while I’m at it. After all, Kaci was right. Need and lust can be difficult to control, and just as Bridge was willing to do anything to get into my body, now I’m also willing to do anything to get a piece of him.

With that, I stand up, slinging my purse over one shoulder. The time for reconciliation is here, and I’m not going to waste another moment before reuniting with the man I adore.

I shuffle through some paperwork on my desk. It fucking sucks that I’m even doing paperwork on a Friday night, but that’s the state of mind I’m in. I can’t stop thinking of Kaci and yet she won’t talk to me. She ignores my texts, calls, and emails, and even when I see her at church, she looks right through me like I’m an invisible man. Fuck!

If only I hadn’t screwed things up so bad. There’s no one to blame but myself, and I take a slug of whiskey, letting the liquid burn my throat before it settles into my belly. Drinking alone isn’t great, but hopefully I’ll imbibe enough to pass out so that I don’t dream of Renee tonight.

But then, the doorbell rings and I ignore it. Whoever it is can go the fuck away. It’s eleven p.m. for fuck’s sake.

Yet, the doorbell rings again, insistently this time, and with a curse, I get up and trudge down the stairs, figuring it’s probably someone trying to sell me solar panels, kitchen knives, or some shit like that. My hands yank the door open and I’m about to start ranting in their face. But then the words die on my lips because instead of a door-to-door salesman, it's Renee. She looks gorgeous, and dressed for a night out it seems. Her curvy body’s poured into a tiny black dress that shows off those huge tits, and the hem’s so short I feel like I’m getting flashes of pussy. Not only that, but her stilettos are high, and … are those icicle-shaped heels on her feet?

“If you’re not interested, I’ll go,” she says in a low tone.

“No wait, I thought you were someone else,” I manage to growl. “Please, come in.”

She nods and teeters into the house before seating herself on a couch in the living room. I linger a bit, savoring her beautiful features.

“Can I get you something to drink?”

“No, I’m fine,” she says. “I was hoping we could just talk.”

“Sure,” I growl. “What can I do for you, sweetheart? I’m all ears.”

She takes a deep breath before meeting my eyes.

“I’ve been doing some thinking, and I guess I’ve gotten some perspective. People watch porn. It’s not evil, it’s not against the rules, and hell, you caught me doing it once at the office no less. So, it’s fine that you picked up the Mormon Challenge from a video.”

“Okay,” I say in a slow voice. “But where does that leave us?”

Renee takes a deep breath.

“The problem isn’t the porn. It’s that you lied to me. You pretended it was some secret religious ceremony, when all along, you picked it up from some site.”

I nod.

“I know, but I didn’t know you very well then, Renee. Again, I wanted to get into your body so bad that I was willing to do anything. It didn’t seem like a great idea to lead off with, ‘oh yeah, I found this ritual on an X-rated site, you want to try it with me even though I’m basically a stranger?’ You’re a girl with a Promise ring on her finger,” I add. “Who knew what Sanctuary has told you?”

Renee nods.

“Yeah, I realize that now. Sanctuary kind of represses its women a little, hm?”

I hold up my forefinger and thumb about an inch a part.

“Just a little.”

Renee nods while sighing.

“Okay, so I freaked out, and I’m sorry about that. I shouldn’t have gotten so mad at you, but again, it’s the lying more than anything that did it. That is not okay.”

I nod.

“I know, sweetheart, and I can’t apologize enough about it. Again, I wanted you, honey. You were so irresistible and tempting that I was willing to do anything, and I mean anything, to have you.”

She nods.

“Yes, I understand,” she says in a soft voice. “And I forgive you, Bridge.”
