And if me being happier tonight than I’ve ever been in my life, because I’m lying in bed with my dick limp from coming over and over in Nicole’s hot little body, my woman softly snoring because I’ve exhausted her, and enjoying all this while picturing Chains and his blue balls trying to sleep in Kayden’s twin size bed, with a pink canopy and surrounded by a million stuffed animals, makes me a bastard?

Then I don’t give a damn.

I kiss Nicole’s temple and fall asleep with a smile.

“You okay?”

“Hard not to be fine with three of Dad’s men sitting in the back of the room like huge thunderclouds. It kind of puts a damper on the whole bachelorette party,” Kayden huffs and I smile, figuring that’s safe because she can’t see me.

“Just keeping you safe, Baby Girl.”

“Whatever. Hope they have fun at the strip club.”

“The what?” I roar, and I know that the room around me goes quiet, but I ignore them. “What in the hell are you doing at a strip bar?”

“Did he say a strip bar?” I hear Dancer mutter.

“Oh, fuck no. No fucking way,” Dragon responds.

“I thought Nailer and Freak were going to keep them under control?” Dom growls, but I ignore them.

“Yes, a strip club. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go cash in my money and get some dollar bills.”

“The fuck you do. That better be a woman stripping on that stage, Kayden, or so help me I’ll spank your ass so fucking hard you won’t be able to sit.”

“Well surprises do happen, Chains, but I’m pretty sure from the bulge in that banana hammock he’s wearing, he’s all man. Now, I gotta go, Stud. I’ll see you at the wedding tomorrow.”

“The fuck you will. You will get out of that damn club right now. The only man’s dick you will ever be seeing is mine, woman.”

“Jesus, I never knew I could like a man and want to cut off his dick at the same time,” Dragon mutters and if I wasn’t so pissed off at Kayden right now, I’d flip him off.

“You liked me, Mi Hermano,” some dude I don’t know replies.

“It was your hand I wanted to cut off if I remember correctly and it was on Nicole’s ass at the time. You’re lucky you’re breathing,” Dragon growls.

“Oh no way! You macked on Nicole? Damn, does Mom know?” Diego laughs.

“It was a dark time,” the man answers.

I close my eyes, trying to rein in my temper, but it doesn’t help.

“Will you motherfuckers cool it so I can hear Kayden?” I yell, figuring that probably signs my death warrant, but I don’t much give a fuck right now.

“I’m never getting this strung up over a woman, ever,” Hawk mumbles and I shake my head, walking away from the table so I can hear Kayden better.

“Kayden, I’m coming over to get you,” I growl. “I’ll be there in ten minutes.”

“No you won’t! I’ll remind you that I didn’t want a marriage, but I’m getting one. You’re not seeing me before the wedding because it’s bad luck. I’m going to enjoy my bachelorette party, because it seems to be the only fun I’m going to have this week—thanks to you. It’s bad enough that I’m having my party the night before my wedding, thanks to Kee-Kee screwing up the dates. But, it’s done and it’s happening, Chains. So you keep your cute, little ass right where it’s at.”

“I’m coming to get you, because my woman is not looking at another man’s dick.”

“I don’t think they actually bare the dick, unless Jazz and Kee-Kee paid extra for that. They could have, they’re both freaks,” she mumbles. “Anyway, I gotta go.”

“You’re not looking at some man’s cock. I told you when I took you woman, that mine was the only cock you’d be seeing for the rest of our lives.”

“Well, Stud, I haven’t actually seen your cock in a while have I? So if I get the chance to look at another and remind myself why I want to marry you in the first place, then I will. Now, I really gotta go.”

“You better not—”

“See ya at the altar, Loverboy,” she sing-songs, then hangs up, leaving me to stare at my damn cell in my hand like a fucking moron.

“What?” Gunner asks. He knows me better than anyone and I’m sure he can see the anger I’m trying to hold in.

“I thought your men were watching them? You want to tell me why they’re at a fucking strip bar with some man up on stage about to give my woman a lap dance?”

“All the women?” Dom asks, but I ignore him, and keep my gaze leveled on Dragon.

“I’m going to kill Nailer and Freak,” Dragon growls.

“You’ll have to get in line,” I roar, stomping towards the door.
