“Think this is a good idea?” She laughs, but it’s strained. I can tell she wants this just as bad.

“This is the best idea I’ve ever had. Now, be a good girl, and be really quiet. I need you to turn around. Hands on the shelf.”

She follows my orders and gets into the position I told her to. Once her hips are tilted back, I step up behind her and run the pad of my fingers over her hips to caress her skin.

At the move, she presses her rear back against me.

With my free hand, I lower the zipper of my jeans and pull my cock out.

In the background, I can hear the team laughing. But I don’t have time to think about that before I’m stroking myself from root to tip and getting in position.

As I run myself against her, she lets out a moan. “Not another sound.”

I position my hard length, pressing against her core, and she quivers against me, her body trembling with want.

It’s then and only then that I finally push inside her.

My mouth latches onto the back of her neck as I pull out and thrust back in.

Her back arches up to meet each of my strokes as I take her from behind.

I know I need to be fast, but I slow my pace. The feeling is too sublime to rush it, despite Coach’s threat.

Time stretches slowly as I leisurely retract from her greedy pussy. I pull myself out so only the crown is inside her. I hover for a second, her soft moans begging me to fuck her.

Someone calls my name, and I groan, knowing I’m pushing my luck.

Fuck it.

I slam back in, picking up my pace, fucking her brutally against the shelf.

She mewls. “Cass,” I growl. “Quiet.”

I pull her closer until there’s no end and no beginning to where our bodies meet.

It isn’t long before her walls shudder around me, and I follow her over the edge. I plunge deep inside her until I’m flooding her with my cum. We’re both breathing raggedly.

“Wow,” she breathes out, and I laugh against her neck as I pull my still hard cock out.

“Wow is right.” We both right ourselves, her placing her pants back on, me putting my cock away.

“Listen, I’m going to open this door and leave. You stay in here until you can’t hear our voices anymore.”

She nods.

I’m sure the idiots on the other side know exactly what went down, but I don’t want to embarrass her like that. I can play it cool on the bus and insist we were talking. If they see her, hair wild and face flushed from what we just did, there will be no denying it. And while I don’t care, I suspect maybe Cass would.

I place a small kiss on her cheek, and I turn to leave. I open the door and step out of the closet before I turn to her. “See you in Ohio, babe.” I wink and head out to meet the team.

CASSIDY

Now that they have moved on to round three, Aiden has some time off before his next game.

Tonight, I’ve planned a lazy night for us. Something that isn’t easy for Aiden.

I kept it simple with dinner and a movie, hoping that it would stay close enough to his typical routine, that the promise of relaxation isn’t an impossibility.

I’m sitting next to Aiden on the couch, and he has Netflix fired up, tasked with finding us something to watch. He’s shifting through old movies, and I about squeal when he lands on The Goonies. It’s one of my favorites, and I can’t help but smile. He doesn’t know the significance this movie has for me, but still…what are the odds that he’d stop on that one?

It’s a sign from my mom.

Her way of telling me that she’s happy for me. For us. That I’m on the right track. At least, that’s how I like to look at it.

“Let’s watch that,” I say, clapping my hands together.

“The Goonies? You like this one?”

I bob my head and smile. “It was my mom’s favorite,” I tell him. “I haven’t seen it in so long.”

He clicks the button but doesn’t start the movie, sitting quietly next to me, looking lost in thought.

I turn to face him, and his expression turns serious. I tilt my head to the side. “What’s wrong?”

“You know, you never really talk about her. Not now and barely back then. Other than her love for Jeeps, nothing.”

I raise a brow. “As if you ever talk about yours,” I challenge, knowing there is no comparison. We don’t talk about our parents for different reasons. At least where my mom’s concerned.

“It’s different. I have no good memories with mine. But you…and your mom…that’s different. From what I gathered back then, she was a good mom. You loved her.”
