Clamping my teeth down on the curve of her neck and shoulder, I shot my first load inside her sweet heat. She shouted my name, and her tight heaven began squeezing me again as her body shook. Forcing my mouth open, I looked down at my teeth marks, indented deep in her skin. Marked.

“GODDAMN!” I shouted. My body pulsed with more as the fevered madness rolled through me with the unmatched bliss of my release. My eyes stayed locked on her neck while I continued to come.

With my last pump, I sucked in a breath and dropped my forehead to her back. “Jesus,” I muttered.

I’d never come that much in my life. I also had never bitten anyone. That was another first for me. My cock twitched inside her as I thought about it. What was wrong with me? Was I becoming some fucking animal?

Her arms started to give out, and I moved off her and scooped her in my arms before laying us both down on the ground. She curled her body into me, and I tightened my hold.

“You bit me,” she said softly.

“I did,” I replied, moving my hand up to brush my fingers over the mark.

She shivered from my touch, and a smile curled my lips.

“How am I going to explain that? It’s summer. It’ll be hard to cover.”

“You’ll tell them I fucked you among the peach trees like an animal.”

A small laugh bubbled out of her, and the sound made all the unstable shit inside me fade.

“I can’t tell your momma that.”

“Sure you can.”

“I’m not doing that.”

I let out a sigh and pressed a kiss to the side of her head. “Fine. Don’t tell my momma, but you can tell any man who asks.”

She laughed louder. “You’d like that.”

I ran my hand down her arm. I loved seeing her naked body in the sunlight. “They all need to know.”

She tilted her head back and looked up at me. “They need to know you bit me during sex?”

Staring down at her, I was sure there was no color as breathtaking as her eyes. “They need to know that you are claimed. Walking around with my cum leaking out of you and sore from the hard fucking I give you.”

She smirked. “I think they already know.”

I bent my head so that I could kiss the tip of her nose. “The sight of peaches is gonna give me a boner from now on.”

Briar threw her head back and laughed, flashing my teeth marks on her smooth skin, and my cock stirred back to life. We were gonna need a round two.

“You wanted her to hear how good you made me feel.”

Too many words. I scrolled past that recipe and went to the next one. I needed simple.

I could read short sentences easily enough. I’d taught myself to focus until I could get the letters not to jumble or at least until I could get them straight in my head. Texting wasn’t so bad. If I was alone, I would just have Siri read my text. Just like I would voice-text back so I didn’t mess up. If I had to figure it out most of the time I managed, I could do fairly okay, but when it got to a long paragraph length, then the words were more scrambled and confusing.

Dovie normally read things like this for me, but she was gone shopping with Nailyah. Hopefully, they’d be back soon. I wanted to surprise Storm tonight with peanut butter pie. He’d mentioned it was his favorite the other night when we were watching a movie and someone ordered a slice. I doubted I had all the ingredients, but I was going to go get them if I could find a recipe I could read.

Letting out an exasperated sigh when the next one I pulled up was too wordy, I dropped my phone onto the counter. Just before I could pitch myself a fit, the door chimed. She was home!

“Dovie! Come read this recipe for me. I’m struggling without you,” I said, smiling as I picked up my phone to pull up the recipe that had the most stars again. Hearing her footsteps, I turned around to see Dovie walking into the kitchen with a hesitant look on her face, followed by Nailyah and Lula Mae.

What the hell was that bitch doing here?

“Oh, hey,” I said, keeping my smile plastered on my face.

I put my phone in my pocket instead and looked at Dovie.

“I should have told you I was bringing them here,” she signed.

I waved a hand. “Nonsense. They are always welcome.” Except Lula Mae. She was not. At all. “Do those shopping bags mean you found some good sales?” I asked. “I love a good sale.”

Lula Mae was studying me like I was a science experiment, and I didn’t like that one bit. Of all people to hear me say I needed someone to read me something, it had to be her.
