“Now, Little girl,” he commanded, tweaking her clit and launching Ellie into another massive orgasm. Her spasming passage spurred his pleasure and Garrett’s shout of completion echoed in the tiled enclosure.

The warm water pounded down on their skin as they recovered. When Garrett shifted to withdraw from her body, Ellie turned to press herself fully against him. She snuggled her head in the crook of his neck. His arms wrapped around her to hold her close.

“Little girl, I love you,” he said huskily against her hair.

Ellie pulled away slightly to meet his gaze. “You love me?” she repeated.

His lips curved in an indulgent smile. “You’re my Little. I love you with all my heart.”

When she opened her mouth to let him know how she felt as well, Garrett placed a finger over her lips. “Tell me when you’re sure, Ellie. I know you care for me.”

She nodded, unsure whether she was agreeing with his directions or his assessment of her feelings. Thrilled by his careful handling of her feelings, Ellie’s heart swelled in her chest. He didn’t want her to just parrot the words back. He wanted all of her.

Quickly, Garrett washed their bodies, then wrapped Ellie in a soft towel before drying himself off. Leading her out of the shower, he stopped to step into a pair of shorts.

“Let’s get some food in your tummy.”

“Mashed potato soup?” she reminded him. The delicious aroma beckoned from the kitchen.

“Yes, Rainbow. Soup for my baby.”

Following him into the kitchen, Ellie watched him fill a thick-walled bottle with the rich soup and screw a lid with a nipple on top. “I’m going to drink from that?” she asked.

“Come sit on Daddy’s lap.” Garrett led her to the leather couch and sat down. He helped her sit on his lap and recline back in his arms against the pillows. Wiggling the nipple into her mouth, he held the bottle steady as she sucked experimentally.

It was so good! Ellie pulled strongly on the large nipple. It felt strange in her mouth, but the soup was so good, she couldn’t resist drinking more. She wiggled into a comfortable position and relaxed. Her eyes closed as she finished the soup. Hard work, pleasure, and a warm, full tummy combined to make her sleepy.

Garrett set the bottle aside when she finished. Rising easily to his feet with her cradled in his arms, Ellie melted against him as he carried her through the house. He eased the towel from around her and sat her on the vanity. She leaned against his chest with her eyes closed.

“Open your mouth, Rainbow. Let Daddy brush your teeth before I tuck you into bed.”

Obediently, she opened her mouth. Fresh minty toothpaste erased the thick, delicious soup. It felt weird having someone else brush her teeth, but she liked it. He takes such good care of me.

After she rinsed her mouth, Garrett asked quietly, “Potty or diaper?”

“Diaper,” she whispered.

Within minutes, Ellie was wrapped in a thick protector and snuggled under her covers with Sprinkles and Cuddles hugged close. Closing her eyes, she was almost asleep when she felt Garrett’s lips press a kiss to her forehead.

“Love you, Daddy,” she whispered before tumbling into oblivion.

Chapter Fifteen

The scent of bacon yanked Ellie from sleep. It took her one second of glancing around to realize where she was, another second to acknowledge that her Daddy was making her breakfast, and a third second to bolt to sitting as she remembered today was opening day for Little Cakes.

“Daddy!” she squealed as she rose onto her knees and gripped the railing of her crib. She wasn’t sure what time it might be, but she knew Garrett would never let her oversleep on her opening day. She was so anxious though that her heart raced as she waited for him to enter the nursery.

He was beaming, his smile so wide that she clapped her hands together. “I guess you smelled the bacon.”

“Yes, Daddy. Are you making me breakfast?”

“I sure am,” he stated as he lowered the side of the crib and lifted her into his arms. He swung her around in a full circle before settling her on her back on the changing table.

She started giggling, filled with both excitement and nerves. She couldn’t lie still even when Daddy settled her arms at her sides and secured her to the table with a strap.

“Someone’s filled with anxious energy this morning,” he teased as he flattened his big hand on her tummy.

She wiggled under his touch. “Do you think people will come? What if no one comes?” She worried her bottom lip with her teeth.

He chuckled as he rounded to the end of the table to remove her diaper. “Half the town will be there before noon, Rainbow. I’m sure of it. Don’t you worry.”

“But what if they don’t?” She’d had nightmares for weeks. Each of them was the same: she flipped the sign to OPEN, unlocked the door, and no one came in. She always woke up panting.
