Chapter Ten

Ellie giggled. “What are you making, Daddy?”

He glanced at her with a wink. “Breakfast for dinner. Do pancakes sound good?”

She swung her legs out and back a few times. “Yes. I love breakfast for dinner.”

“Me too. It’s easy and filling, especially on nights when I haven’t had a chance to figure out a dinner plan.” He poured her a cup of milk and popped a sippy lid on it before handing it to her. “Drink this while I cook.”

He tickled her neck before returning to the stove, making her scrunch her head down to her shoulder in a fit of giggles. It felt weird sitting in the kitchen without a shirt on, and she had to grip the sides of the tray to keep from covering her boobs.

Garrett acted like it wasn’t the least bit unusual for her to be sitting in his kitchen in an adult-sized high chair wearing nothing but a diaper.

Part of her was still uncertain about this arrangement and the level of submission he expected from her as his Little, but another part of her loved every second of it. The way he pampered and took care of her. The way he glanced at her every few seconds as if to make sure she was still there—safe and content.

She was beyond safe and content. There was very little that could possibly happen to her while she was secured in this seat. She supposed she could choke on the milk if it went down the wrong pipe, but otherwise, it wasn’t as though she were small enough to slide down under the tray and fall to the floor.

Her cheeks heated more every time he looked though, his obvious concern and devotion warming her through and through.

When he was finished cooking, he set a plate on her high chair tray. It was bright pink with separate compartments he’d filled with bite-sized pieces of buttered pancakes, syrup, and apple sauce. He also handed her a napkin and an adult-sized chubby toddler fork.

She lifted it, giggling again. “Where do you find so many things for adult Littles, Daddy?”

He grinned as he settled in his seat at the table next to her. “There are online shops for just about anything, Rainbow, and these days even a few brick-and-mortar stores.”

She dipped a pancake piece into the syrup and popped it into her mouth. “Delicious,” she announced before swallowing.

“Don’t talk with your mouth full, Little one.”

“Sorry, Daddy,” she murmured before taking another bite. She realized she wouldn’t ordinarily ever speak with food in her mouth. Not in her adult persona. But something happened when she was with him, especially when they were alone in his home. It was like a switch flipped and she became Little the moment they entered the house. Even the most basic behaviors reverted to those of a younger age.

He gave one of her big toes a tug. “You’re absolutely precious, Rainbow.”

She sat up straighter at the compliment and finished eating her dinner.

After Daddy loaded the dishwasher, he declared, “Bath time and then story time and bedtime for you.”

She glanced at the windows. It was still daylight. It would be strange going to bed this early. She couldn’t imagine how she would manage to sleep eight hours like he insisted, but she would try. For him. Without fussing.

Garrett wiped her face and hands before removing the tray and lifting her from the highchair.

She wobbled a bit when he set her on her feet, unaccustomed to the awkward bulk of a diaper between her legs.

“Careful there, Rainbow.” He patted her bottom and then took her hand in his to lead her toward the bathroom. After sitting on the toilet seat, he reached between her legs and pressed his hand against her pussy through the diaper.

Her breath hitched and she reached out to grab his knee as she swayed toward him. Even through the thick absorbent material, his touch aroused her.

“Do you need to use your diaper before I remove it, Little one? You’re totally dry.”

She shook her head. No way was she ready to pee herself standing in front of him. She was far too self-conscious. “No, Sir,” she murmured.

He lifted her chin with his free hand and narrowed his gaze at her. “Are you sure? You haven’t gone since I picked you up from work.”

She nodded. “I’m sure.” But all this talk about peeing caused her to feel the increased pressure, and she started shifting her weight back and forth from one leg to the other.

“Ellie…” he warned. “Talk to me. I can see that you need to go.”

She swallowed. “Can I just use the potty this time, Daddy? I’m not ready to use a diaper in front of you.”

He nodded. “Yes, Little girl. You may. What you may not do is lie to Daddy. Understood? Honesty is the only way for this relationship to work. If I ask you to do something you’re not ready for, you need to tell me. We’ve talked about what I expect from you in the long run. You know Daddy would like to take care of you completely when we’re at home. But I also know I’m throwing a lot at you all at once. If you’re uncomfortable with anything, you need to say so and I’ll adjust.” He lifted a brow.
