He walked over to the tub and crouched beside it, reaching out to run his fingertips over April’s cheeks. Her lips were softly parted, and she was officially asleep, not even stirring at his gentle touch. “Heard her moaning and begging all the way downstairs,” he told me. I smirked. I’d done my job as her man then. He cradled the back of River’s head and pressed a kiss to our boy’s swollen lips. “Heard you too, boy.”

River smirked. “What can I say? Capone can fuck.”

Tank arched a brow at him. “Don’t be sassy, boy. Or I’ll make sure you can’t walk.”

River’s pupils blew out, and a shuddered breath ripped from his lungs. I chuckled and smoothed my hands up April’s waxed legs, massaging her calf muscles. “Make sure you take a nap with April when you finish in here,” Tank told River. Then, he turned to look at me, his eyes running over me. His eyes locked on my hard cock for a moment. He licked his lips before standing to his full height. “If you want to take care of that later, come find me,” he told me.

I grunted in acknowledgment because I was pretty sure I’d choke on my tongue if I verbally responded to him. Not only was Tank the only man I would bottom with, but he was also the only man capable of making me lose my fucking mind and forget my words.

CHAPTER 2

Tank

Capone stepped into my room in a pair of sweats, his shirt missing—not that I was complaining. The man was built beautifully with abs, a hard broad chest, and thick biceps. He had a body worthy of art; I would know since I enjoyed seeing River sketch him from memory.

I arched a brow at Capone and set aside the TV remote. He laid on the bed beside me, and I curled my arm around him before turning on my side to face him.

“You okay?” I rumbled.

He nodded. “Need a quiet place to rest for a minute,” he mumbled, his eyes shutting. “River and April have taken over my bed.” I knew he wasn’t complaining; Capone loved those two to pieces.

I chuckled and squeezed him closer. I was bigger than Capone—almost twice his size—and I loved it. It meant I got to give him cuddles like this where he was dwarfed by my frame. He’d never admit it, but Capone liked it when I cuddled him.

“You can rest here whenever you want,” I reminded him. I began to trace the ridges of his tattooed spine. “Sure you’re okay?”

He yawned and nodded his head. “Just fucking tired.”

I brushed my lips to his cheek. Capone had a lot resting on his shoulders. Not only was he the president, but he took care of all of us. And he struggled to lean on anyone enough to let them share in his burdens.

“You know, you could use some aftercare, too, babe.”

Capone chuckled. “You are my aftercare.”

I made a small rumble of pleasure that resonated from deep within my chest. “I’ll be your aftercare whenever you want me to,” I promised him. I brushed a kiss to his brow. “Get some rest. I’m going to finish this movie.”

He nodded and burrowed his face against my chest, his body relaxing against mine as sleep took him under within a few mere seconds. He really had been tired.

I ran my eyes over his features as his face relaxed in sleep. I really wished he took better care of himself, but he was Capone. The president. The man we all turned to in our time of need. He had the weight of the world on his shoulders, and he wasn’t good at sharing that burden. Not even with me—his VP and his equal.

So, I did things like this for him when I could. It was the only way I could take some of the burden from him, even if just for a moment.

Capone wasn’t God, no matter how much he liked to pretend he was. He had needs, too. He was human, just like the rest of us.

All I could do was try to take care of him as well as he took care of the rest of us.

TWO DAYS LATER

I groaned and spread my thighs wider apart to accommodate Rider’s slim body. We’d come in from a run late last night and crashed into bed together after a quick shower, too tired to do anything else. But apparently, Rider was well-rested because he was waking me up with some fucking amazing head.

Two days had passed since Capone had curled into bed with me, but he seemed to be doing a bit better since spending the night with me and letting me take care of him. It was the only reason I hadn’t put up a fight when he’d sent me on the run with Rider yesterday morning to do the gun sale.
