He giggled, shifting to all fours just long enough to wrap himself around me. “I liked it. You could’ve also called me your slut, because I kind of invited myself over for playtime and an orgasm.”

Chuckling, I leaned over and kissed his head. “Any time, sweet pup. I’ve told you that. You’re the one who seems to think I need time to myself.”

As if I’d ever need space from my pup or my boy.

But I could be patient until he realized that, so for now the best way I could take care of him was a shower and food…and a change of clothes for me.

Chapter 12

Bishop

“What’s your email address?” Ian’s silence on the other end of the phone said he was smart. “I promise. You’re not going to want to do this over the phone, or god forbid, in person.”

His groan said he knew what I was talking about.

I had such a smart cutie.

“But Daddy…”

I had a smart cutie that knew how to manipulate his Daddy.

Just the sad tone had me wincing, but I told myself I was a Daddy and I knew what I had to do. “If you talk me out of this, I’ll tell Cohen, and he’ll get out all his lists and make you discuss it. Out loud, cutie.”

Ha, when in doubt, call out the big guns.

Ian sucked in a breath. “That’s so mean.”

He was channeling Wesley.

“No, that’s being a Daddy and looking out for my boy.” I had to smile when he sighed again. “Do I need to go over some of the more interesting points we discussed at Starbucks?”

Cohen had almost given Ian a heart attack even though it’d been completely unintentional.

“No.” He barked out the word before taking a breath. “Fine. I’ll work on the list as long as you don’t make me relive that.”

He was so cute.

“You still green?” Cohen had been wonderfully helpful in getting the diaper talk out in the open, but my poor cutie was still struggling.

“Yes.” He was quiet for a second before sighing again. “Daddy?”

“Yes, cutie?” I hoped using the nickname Cohen had given him would help him remember that we were both okay with anything he wanted, little or just generally kinky, but I knew he wouldn’t want me to say any of that out loud, so I behaved myself.

Embarrassing things needed to be saved for when we were in person and he could hide against me.

“I…We all got tested.” When he left it at that, I had to fight the urge to laugh. “I’m green, Daddy.”

He was evidently green about a lot of things he didn’t want to actually talk about.

“I’m very green too, cutie.” And I was going to do my best not to make him crazy until I was there to hold him…then I’d make him uncomfortable. “I’m going to add a few more things to the checklists and then send them over to you. Does that work for you?”

He paused and the silence was telling.

What was he overthinking now?

After another few painfully long seconds, he took a breath. “Daddy?”

“Yes, cutie.” I’d clearly not taken something into consideration…probably something obvious.

“Will you show my list to Uncle Cohen?” His quiet tone and the Uncle part showed how stressed the question had made him, but he was right to bring it up and I was right that I’d missed something obvious.

“I think that would be best so no one misunderstands what is on your green list.” Right? “And just so we’re all on the same page, I’ll send mine too so that you can see what I’m okay with.”

Would he think it was weird to see my sub list?

Oh, sub list.

“And I’ll fill out a new list with being a Daddy in mind.” Something in my tone had him giggling. “I wasn’t thinking about that when I was answering Cohen’s lists.”

No, I’d definitely looked at that as a sub.

“Oh, but just because I’m okay with something doesn’t mean that you have to like it. Right?” He giggled again, obviously not worried about that part in the least…or maybe just little Ian found the whole thing to be highly entertaining.

Probably another good reason for us to have this conversation over email instead of over the phone.

Giggles were cute but not exactly helpful.

“Yes, Daddy.” He mumbled something about Daddies and binkies and then started giggling again. Whatever he’d been imagining was hilarious to little Ian…or little-ish Ian.

“Silly cutie.” My response got more giggles out of the happy boy and I found myself wishing I’d pushed harder to see him tonight.

Private time was highly overrated…especially when I had two boyfriends I could be with.

“Does my silly cutie want to have dinner with his Daddy?” My question had the cutie in question giggling again. “We could get chicken nuggets or pizza?”

Was he little enough to want something fun or big enough that he wanted a real meal?
