By then, she’d made up her mind that she was tired of hopping from bed to bed. Her looks had got her through high school and vocational school. Most of her grades had been earned on her back with her legs high in the air, but with thirty fast approaching, she knew it was only a matter of time. Plus, in those days, it wasn’t natural for a woman not to be married by a certain age, even one with a career.

So she’d played her cards right, said all the right things in her mark’s ear until she had him all but panting to have her. And when he’d drag his feet because his useless conscience would prick him and he couldn’t stand the thought of forsaking the wife who’d helped him get to where he was, she’d withhold the pussy until he was ready to go mad.

Then he’d come crawling back with promises to get the divorce, even though it was frowned upon. The flip side to that was that everyone pretty much agreed that a man in his position needed a wife at home. Someone to keep hearth and home in order. He had a growing son, after all, that needed a mother’s love.

Things had been going pretty well there for a while, and success was just around the corner. But then the wife had started showing signs of recovery and everything that she’d hoped for threatened to be taken away from her. That’s when another side of her reared its head. A side that even she hadn’t been aware of.

So what if she’d helped the miserable bitch on her way to the ever after? She would’ve just lingered with her sickly self, sucking the life and love out of Don Sr. and his son. It would’ve been pitiful for the once vivacious housewife to just waste away to nothing in front of her loved ones who would only suffer watching her become that way.

So Stella had helped her along the way one afternoon when she showed up to the house under the pretense of dropping off some papers for Don senior who had been out of town on business. Since no one knew of their affair and she’d perfected the art of acting like the most non-threatening being, by downplaying her looks when she needed to, ergo whenever another female who might be threatened was around, the other woman hadn’t suspected a thing.

So when she offered to fix her a cup of tea before leaving and to spend some time with the woman who seemed starved for companionship, the other woman had been only too glad for the offer. She died in her sleep that night, alone in the house with her son, who found her the next morning.

Since she’d been sick for so long, no one made too much fuss, and so there was no autopsy, no suspicion that there was anything off about her sudden death. Had there been one, the poison she’d used would’ve been found, but no one knew she’d been to the house, and Don had been out of town at the time.

After that, the next steps had been easy. She’d played the concerned friend who would drop by the house under the pretense of taking care of Don Jr. sometimes when his dad wasn’t at home. Pretty soon, the neighbors came to see her as a blessing to the poor man and his son, who’d been left alone without a wife and mother. And because she’d downplayed her attributes to everyone in town except her boss, no one was any the wiser to her true plot.

They were married less than six months after his wife had died, and she’d seduced his son not even a year later. That, too, had been easy. What teenage boy with raging hormones wouldn’t be putty in the hands of the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen? It was child’s play getting him into her bed, her marriage bed, his father’s bed.

Truth be told, nothing had ever thrilled her the way seducing him had. It was an experience she could never put into words, the heady sense of power she had each time she took his hand and led him into his parents’ old room and onto their bed. She’d asked Don Sr. not to change a thing, claiming that she didn’t want to hurt Don Jr. by erasing his mom. Something that had endeared her to her older husband even more.

But the truth was, she got a kick out of fucking him and his son on the bed of the woman she’d killed with neither of them knowing. She had her best orgasms in that bed—both with the two of them and whomever else she brought home when she felt the need. Life had been great for the next few years. She’d quit her job, of course, but had made sure her husband’s new secretary was old and not too pleasing to look at.
