“Riley…. Are you sure that this isn’t some kind of rebound thing for you?”

“What do you mean?”

“Well, you’ve only just lost your wife and you have to admit, had I not been a part of that we might not be here right now, we don’t exactly move in the same circles.”

“I’ve been away on business twice in the last month, trust me, if I wanted to have an affair on the rebound there would’ve been no lack of takers.”

“But you never even looked at me before, you always seemed to look right through me, or past me rather.”

“Silly girl, of course I noticed you, but I promised myself the day that I got married that I would never even look at another woman, to save myself the temptation. That is why I never looked too closely, not after the first time. but I’ve always known that you were the most beautiful woman here or anywhere for that matter. At least to me you are. Any more questions?”

She could only shake her head no as he leaned in to take her lips again. “Good, because I don’t think I can wait much longer to have you.”

CHAPTER 7

Melissa checked her bag one last time to make sure she had everything she was going to need for the evening ahead. Her pulse raced with excitement and she had to stop and take a deep breath to temper the giddiness she felt.

It’s been two weeks since she started her new clandestine relationship with Don and just like she’d suspected from that first day in his office, he was into being dominated by a woman.

She’d pushed the envelope more than once to see just how into it he was and realized it was more than just a fetish, but the way his sick brain was programmed. She didn’t care as long as she got what she wanted out of the deal.

If he wanted to be tied up and whipped, even talked down to and berated, who was she to judge? She’d never done anything like it before though, but she figured it couldn’t be that hard. He never came right out and told her what he wanted, too chicken shit she supposed, but so far he’s been loving everything she’d brought to the table.

She’d done some research online and figured she had enough material to last a lifetime, enough to keep him on the line until he was no longer needed. The sex wasn’t half bad either, not because of his prowess or anything, she was just getting a kick out of being the one in control, something she hasn’t been in way too long.

With two somewhat normal men already in her life, she was enjoying the hell out of being in charge for a change. Though Gil had been somewhat docile since he lost his job, he wasn’t always like that. She still remembered the days when he made her feel safe and protected. When she’d looked up to him; but those days were long gone now.

Still, just because he was kinky enough to like fucking his wife after another man had been there, that did not in any way mean he’d lost his balls entirely. He still had his moments where he remembered that he was a man and acted like it. He just couldn’t get her to give up her lover, something she’d told him in no uncertain terms even yesterday was not about to happen.

Robert was all man, always the one in control. She loved his rough don’t give a damn attitude, the way he didn’t bat a lash at coming into another man’s house and taking his wife, in his bed. Just the thought of it made her wet.

But she found that she liked this new thing she had going with Don just as much, it was like having the best of both worlds. She had a real man who likes to control her in her marriage bed, and now she’d found someone willing to let her take the reins, and pay her to do it at that, she was in her element.

Gil didn’t know that she hadn’t been to the strip club in over a week he was still under the impression that that’s where she went when she left home in the evenings.

She’d convinced him that she was working a later shift, which he’d not even batted a lash at. And since he never goes anywhere near the club anymore she didn’t think there was any danger of him finding out. Not that she really cared. The way she saw it, it was just another job. As a woman who’d been forced to fend for herself she’d found a new head for business.

On a good night she could make a hundred dollars maybe double that on the weekends at the club. Being in a small town, the pickings were slim, unless a few tourists wandered in off the street, which didn’t happen nearly often enough to please her.
