“Your woman.” I smile up at him. Wow, I really love hearing those words roll off his lips. Those same lips that had been between my thighs not even minutes ago. I’m still tingling and wet down there.

“Petal,” Sully growls.

“What?”

“I know that face. You’re getting turned on.” With both hands, he grabs my bottom and pulls me into him. His hard cock presses into my stomach as he plants a kiss on my lips. I can still taste myself on him. “I’d toss you on the bed and eat you again, but I need to deal with my brother first.”

“Right, your brother.” I forgot for a second someone else is here. Sully’s kisses have magic powers. I can see why some might call them sinful. They have a way of making you forget everything going on around you. I love getting lost in him.

Sully gives my bottom a squeeze before he releases me. “Get dressed, but I would appreciate it if you give me a few minutes to talk to him first,” he asks as he slides a shirt on. I watch as he adjusts his cock so that the outline of it isn’t so evident. “Petal, my eyes are up here, and I asked you a question.”

“Oh!” I snap my head up. Sully is back to smirking, which settles everything inside me. “I can do that.” I nod as my mind goes somewhere dirty. “I mean I’ll give you a few minutes. But I can’t do that.” I point to his crotch. “I mean I can do that, but I just–” When Sully lets out a deep, sexy chuckle, I stop talking altogether so I can take in the sound of it. I love that I’m the one that brings out this side of him.

“Clothes.” He walks back over to me, dropping a kiss onto my forehead before he exits the room. I stand there for a minute staring at the closed door and smiling like a goofball.

“I’m Sully’s woman,” I whisper to myself, wanting to say it out loud. Who am I kidding? I want to scream it to the world. Never in my life have I wanted to belong to someone. It was actually the opposite before I met Sully.

It suddenly dawns on me that there is someone I can tell. A whole group of people who might be freaking out that I’ve been a bit MIA lately and missed our online book club last night.

I quickly get dressed, toss my small laptop onto the bed, and grab my portable Internet thingy. That’s what I call it at least. The second I log into my Sweet Words account, I see I have a bunch of inbox messages. Some are asking when I’m going to write another chapter in my current story, the rest are people asking me why I missed club last night. A chat box pops up almost immediately. Of course she notices the second I’m on.

Jess: The hell? What’s happening? Did the cult get you?!

Me: No, but the Hulk did.

Okay, so maybe I dubbed Sully the Hulk when I talk about him with the girls online. I mean, it kind of fits. He can literally go Hulk smash if he wanted, but when he’s in his garden, he’s this gentle giant that cares for his plants and basically knows everything.

Jess: Shut the fuck up!!!!!

Jess: Did you get Hulk smashed?!

I put my hand over my mouth to muffle my own laughter.

Me: No, but we did other things. He called me his woman.

Jess: We have to plan the wedding, but first I need some of the details of what these other things you did are.

Normally, when I hear or see the word wedding, my heart sinks. It’s never something to be celebrated. Oh, they celebrated them where I came from, I just never thought they should. Now, though, it's a different story. There’s a flutter of excitement that fills my stomach thinking about Sully as my husband. Then I wouldn’t only be his woman—I’d be his wife.

Me: More details later. Tell the group I’m good, just a bit busy at the moment. G2G.

Jess: Get it girl!

I have every intention of doing exactly that when it comes to Sully. Every bit of it.

SULLY

“What are you doing here?” I control the urge to slap Reeve on the back of his head.

“What do you mean? You texted me.”

“Just because I texted you I was here didn’t mean I wanted you to show up.” I stand across from him.

“Are you trying to say you haven’t missed me, because I don’t believe that for a second.” He smirks and throws one arm up along the back of the sofa. “Who’s the girl?” He turns his head, his gaze lingering on the door to my bedroom.

“She’s mine.” I step toward him.

He looks up, his eyebrows nearly hitting his hairline. “Seriously?”
