And Joel finally giggled.

“I don’t mind being watched.” He bounced past Dean to put a plate in the sink. “I thought I explained that already.”

Dean rolled his eyes and spanked the sexy tushy that wiggled past him without even thinking about it. “I’m not that easily distracted, slut.”

Joel nearly came.

“Oh, that’s…” He completely forgot what he was doing and set the plate down on the stove as he wandered over to me. “Oh, Master Tate, he spanked my bottom.”

Dean’s eyes went wide and panic was setting in fast.

Shit.

But as Joel curled in against me, sighing and making ridiculously romantic sounds, I shook my head at Dean and shot him a look that I hoped said to stop losing his shit.

“That’s right because it’s tempting and you were being cheeky.” Giving him a hug, I reached down and rubbed the area that Dean had playfully smacked. “He knew exactly what you wanted.”

And probably needed.

“He knows he has to take care of me too and he’s so brave to take control.” Joel sighed again and the adorable explanation of how he saw their interaction had Dean’s head cocking like he was a confused puppy.

Dean was just as adorable as Joel was in his own way, but his was all natural and so fucking funny he made me want to laugh. But since that would confuse both of them, I squeezed Joel’s ass and nodded. “He does and he thought you were sexy too. I bet he’s going to be fantasizing later about spanking you.”

“Really?” The teasing flirt arched his ass out and wiggled it temptingly. He couldn’t see the way Dean licked his lips, but he was having fun. “I started fantasizing about you guys earlier this year, but my online friends said that might not be nice.”

He clearly didn’t understand why because he pulled back enough to frown up at me and even forgot that he was supposed to be tempting Dean. “Why would that be rude?”

Lord.

I was starting to see how it’d taken us so long to get to where we were in our relationships. I was naked. Joel was nearly naked. Dean was very obviously not wearing anything under the basketball shorts he was wearing.

And we were all talking about why Joel shouldn’t have been jerking off thinking about us.

We were blessed by the gods to have ever made it to this point.

“Well, generally speaking, the social rule with friends and roommates is that you’re not supposed to jerk off thinking about them or anything like that.” Joel’s head cocked and he frowned, so I knew he hadn’t gotten it. “It’s mostly for other people. Not us, though.”

“We’re special.” Nodding along with that statement, Joel turned to Dean. “Right?”

Dean was smart enough to nod even though I wasn’t sure where his brain was at the moment. “Yes. I don’t mind that you’ve been jerking off thinking about me.”

I was impressed…he managed to say that with a straight face and without blushing.

“I knew you wouldn’t.” Joel was very confident about that as he looked between us. “You guys are great.”

His parents must’ve been weirder than we’d thought.

“So you just started fantasizing about us this year, right?” Assuming he meant school year, I wasn’t surprised when he nodded. “Do you remember freshman year when it was so hard to talk to us?”

His sigh had both of us trying not to smile. “Yes, you were around all the time and I had no privacy unless I was in the bathroom. You were nice, though, and you were a great roommate once you picked up your dirty clothes.”

I hadn’t been that bad.

Joel didn’t seem like he’d agree with me on that.

“Not the point, slut. You had a hard time talking to us because we were in your space all the time and you didn’t know us, right?” It’d taken us way too long to realize he wasn’t that painfully shy with everyone around him.

“Yes.” Joel let out a deep breath. “That was so hard. But I did it. My parents said if I couldn’t do it that would be fine. They’d understand because people are hard, but I liked you and you were both so nice to me, and you didn’t tell me that I was weird. You even learned to pick up your dirty clothes.”

How was he so traumatized by dirty socks?

But as Dean was trying not to snicker, I focused on the point and tried to get us back on track. “So you know how it took you all that time getting to know us and becoming special to us before you were ready to start fantasizing about us?”

He nodded and smiled pleasantly, but it was his I have no idea what you’re talking about expression. “Yes.”

Please let me not fuck this up.

“Um, that’s not typical for most people. Most people can tell fairly quickly that they like someone or not, and they don’t have to become friends first before they start to get aroused by them.” He just blinked at me. “Everyone’s different and you already know some people are asexual, you’re not, but you understand what that is, right?”
