“Are you trying to tease me in front of your friends?” He asked against my ear, his voice heavily laced with desire. “You’re trying to make me lose control, aren’t you?”
“I think it’s the other way around.” I ground down on him even harder, trying to press him through the floor. “But that’s okay. I’m good with it.”
He released my head enough to get his mouth onto mine, and then we were devouring each other with a breathless hunger, our lips crashing together so savagely I thought we’d draw blood. I attempted to get a pelvic thrust in down below, but Kage had our bodies wedged so tightly together, I groaned with the exertion. That only made Kage more frenzied as he licked into my mouth and punched his hips up into me. We were trying so hard to get at each other, only fusion could have gotten us any closer.
Braden’s alarmed wail was a mosquito buzz on the fringe of a malaria haze. A distinct threat, but one I was too far gone to worry about.
“Oh, for heaven’s sake,” Trey groaned. “I knew that massage was a bad idea. Do I need to go get a bucket of cold water to throw on you two?”
I lifted my head, feeling my bruised lips and my lust-heavy eyelids. “Sorry,” was all I could think to say. That thing I liked to call a brain had already flipped around the Out to Lunch sign.
Kage laughed, and the sound made everything below my waistband tingle. “Nah, we’ll take it to the bedroom. If we keep going out here, we’ll have to charge you guys admission.”
“Uh…” Braden looked from Trey, to us, and back again. His expression wouldn’t have looked out of place in the aftermath of an alien ship landing.
I was strangely calm when I finally found my voice. “Why are you looking at us like that? Haven’t you ever seen two guys kiss before?”
Braden’s Adam’s apple bobbed furiously as he attempted to swallow the news. “No, actually I haven’t. Not like that. It didn’t look… Well, it looked kinda—”
“Gay,” Trey supplied. Bless his heart.
“Are they joking?” Braden choked out. “Is this a joke? They’re pranking us, right?”
I wanted to pat Trey on the back for the incredulous look he aimed at Braden. “You and I are best friends. Would you make out with me for a joke?”
“Hell no.”
“All right, then. Neither would they. Jesus Christ, too bad all your dad’s money can’t buy you a fucking clue.”
Kage suddenly rolled me beneath him, looking down at me at close range, his pupils blown wide with lust. “I’m gonna go to bed, babe. You need a minute with them?”
I absolutely did not need a minute with them. I wanted to have sex, not deal with my friends. I meant to tell him so, but I nodded instead, mesmerized by the way the light from the TV strobed across his handsome features.
“Wake me up if I’m asleep.” he said, planting a sloppy kiss on my lips before hopping up. He was a walking spank bank standing over me, trying and failing to be discreet when he adjusted the straining boner that had pitched a tent in his pants. “And don’t be too long. You and I have got unfinished business from earlier today. Remember?”
I did remember.
My stomach was doing backflips as I leaned up onto my elbows and watched him walk away, his fine ass hugged by my tight sweats. When he’d disappeared down the hall and into my bedroom, I turned reluctantly back to my friends.
“What the heck was that all about?” Braden demanded.
I shrugged, fighting a satisfied grin.
“I don’t get it.” Braden stared down the hall after Kage, as if getting another look at him might clear up the mystery that had his head tied in knots.
“What don’t you get?” Trey practically yelled. “Let me spell it out for you. Your idol is gay, and he’s sleeping with your roommate. Fucking two plus two, man.”
“But—” Braden fixed me with a look that was almost… hurt.
“You’re not going all homophobic on me, are you? I’m still the same guy I was five minutes ago.”
“I’ve got to process this.” Braden rubbed his face, clearly disturbed.
“You promised you wouldn’t tell anyone Kage’s business,” I reminded Braden.
He scowled at me. “Fuck you, Atwood. Just because I’m a little surprised doesn’t mean I’m gonna go running my mouth. I’m not a dick.”
“Actually, you kinda are,” I said. “But we love you anyway.”
“Speak for yourself,” Trey said, but we both knew he didn’t mean it. Since he’d moved in, Trey and Braden had formed a special bond that didn’t include me, probably because I’d never been addicted to video games.
“So you two are… fucking each other?” Braden’s pained expression pleaded with me to tell him he was wrong. That hell no, Kage and I were absolutely not fucking, and Trey was absurd for even suggesting such a thing.
