Her hands tightened in his hair, and she pulled. “More.”

“Yes.” He slid a hand between them, dipping his fingers into her panties and she knew he found her wet with desire. “All for me, right, beautiful?” His deep voice worked as much magic as his body and fingers and then he pushed one inside her.

Her core clenched around him, but he pulled out and slid his now slick fingertip over her clit. She moaned and began to rock against him, seeking more of the waves he so easily created. He rubbed the tight bud with endless precision, bringing her higher and closer to exploding.

She slid her hands down and grasped his shoulders, digging her nails into his skin. Her eyes slid shut as she rocked her hips, rubbing her covered breasts against his chest while he worked her clit with one finger.

Her climax was close, and she shamelessly chased the feeling, hips rocking, her nipples abrading against her shirt.

“That’s it, baby. Open those pretty eyes and come for me.”

She forced her lids open and as a reward, he pressed his finger harder against her clit, then slid down to enter her again, triggering an orgasm that was out of this world.

“Yes, God, yes.” She heard her own voice as waves crashed both around and through her. Stars lit up behind her eyes and she cried out her pleasure, letting the swell that kept coming take her higher.

Suddenly, he drove that long finger even deeper inside her. All the while, his gruff, arousing voice urged her on, somehow causing the orgasm to continue.

She panted and had just begun to come down to earth when he spoke. “Again,” he said and curved his finger inside her, finding the perfect spot.

“Oh God.”

“No, me,” he said, his lips on her cheek as he rubbed inside her and triggered another climax on top of the last.

“Harrison,” she groaned, burying her face in his warm neck and milking out every second she could before she collapsed against him.

He slid his finger out of her body, then pulled his hand from her panties. She felt the loss, but he held her so tight she didn’t miss him.

His masculine scent surrounded her, and she wanted to keep her nose in his neck and smell him all day.

It took her a bit to come back to herself until finally she sighed and lifted her head from his shoulder, meeting his gaze. She felt her heated blush through her sweat-slicked skin.

“That was a surprise,” he said.

She wrinkled her nose in confusion. “Me coming twice?” She asked the first thing going through her mind because a double orgasm had never been part of her repertoire.

He shook his head. “No, that’s a testament to my talent,” he said with a grin.

She wished she could deny that arrogant comment, but she’d just given him proof, so she merely rolled her eyes.

“I meant, I didn’t expect us to end up in bed together and do anything other than sleep.”

“I didn’t either,” she murmured.

“But here you are.”

“And here you are,” she said, reaching between them to slide her hand into his sweats and wrap her hand around his stiff cock. Turnaround was fair play and she really wanted to watch his face as he came.

He groaned and grasped her wrist, halting her movement. “This was about you, beautiful. I know how much the whole pregnancy, paparazzi, and accepting my help has you on edge. I don’t want to rush you. I want you to take time, think, and see what we can be.”

She blinked in surprise. What guy didn’t want to let a woman take care of him after he’d done the same for her?

And what did he mean by, let’s see what we can be?

Co-parents? Hookup buddies which, she had to admit, couldn’t work for her on a permanent basis because if she let herself trust him completely, she could fall hard for the man, only to end up alone. Like her mother had been.

His cell trilled, interrupting her thoughts.

“I’m ignoring it.” He reached over and tapped the side of the phone, sending the caller direct to voicemail and the cell went silent.

“Harrison, we need to agree that this was a one-time thing because I needed to stay here. And now I want to give back to you.”

He frowned, but before he could reply, his phone rang again, and he cursed. “One sec,” he said, an apology in his tone. He grabbed the phone and answered it. “What?” he snapped.

He sat upright in bed, obviously listening to the person on the other end.

“Got it. Yeah, come on over. Thanks, Zach.” Harrison disconnected the call, placed the phone on the nightstand and turned to her.

“What’s wrong?” She curled her legs beneath her.

Brows furrowed, he met her gaze. “I’d asked Zach to stop by your building and check things out. The reporters have thinned outside.”
