“No, thank you.” He stepped over the threshold and held out the dress for her to take.

“What’s this?” she asked.

“A dress for you. We’re going out.”

“I didn’t get the memo.”

He took the tub of ice cream from her. “Get changed.” He took the spoon as well.

She gave him a pout but as she went to leave, he growled. “No, get changed, right here.”

“Here?” she asked.

He nodded.

“In the hallway?”

“Yes.”

“But … some people might see.”

“There’s only me, and I want to watch.” He dipped the spoon into the ice cream and took a bite. The vanilla was a little bitter. Did this woman not know how to have and enjoy some of life’s luxuries? This was a fucking sin. He didn’t like it, but ice cream was ice cream, so he took another spoonful.

She rolled her eyes. “Has anyone ever told you you’re bossy?”

“All the time,” he said then winked at her.

She wriggled out of her sweatpants, and then pulled the oversized shirt over her head. Beneath the lounge clothes, she wore a pair of white, lacy underwear, which made him tempted to ignore all sense of going out and explore her body, but he’d promised himself he’d take her out. Have some fun. Faith didn’t have a clue what fun was, and he was determined to show her exactly what it meant.

He watched as she stepped into the black dress. Yes, it molded to every single curve, which was what he wanted.

“You know I hate my hips,” Faith said. “And you keep buying me clothes that force me to confront the fact they’re huge. Look at them. Everything you make me wear shows off my hip dips.” She pointed at the space of her body. Her waist went in, flared out, and yes, there was another dip between her hip going in toward her thigh, but he loved it.

Putting the ice cream down, he reached out and pulled her in close. He heard her tiny gasp, and he took full advantage of it by slamming his lips down on hers and silencing all protest. At first, Faith didn’t respond, but she took his kiss, and then slowly, little by little, kissed him back.

Sinking his fingers into her hair, he pulled out the clip that had bound her hair on top of her head and let the blonde locks fall around her in waves. She had gorgeous hair. Full and soft. He constantly wanted to run his fingers through it, or grab fistfuls of it. Tonight, he’d do exactly that. He’d hold her in place, have her on her knees, making her take his dick. She had such pretty lips.

Then of course, he’d keep her in place as he took her pussy. He wanted her to be completely full with his cum. The more she had, the bigger the chance of her getting pregnant, and he wanted her ripe and full with his kid. Gabriel felt that ache in his balls.

Breaking the kiss, he forced himself to open the door. He took hold of her hand and started to lead her outside, heading toward his car. Henry was waiting for them. He waited for Faith to lock up her home, and he took the key from her, shoving it in his pocket. Keeping hold of her hand, he helped her into the back of the car, following close behind.

“Where are we going?” she asked.

“That is a surprise.”

He turned their hands so that he could lock their fingers together. Watching her, as she gazed out the window, he was struck by just how beautiful she was. And she belonged to him. He wasn’t going to give her up.

The month was a lie. Gabriel had known it would be from the start.

There was something about Faith—her love for her brother, maybe even her loyalty to him. She’d not given him up and sent him to foster homes, or given him to the state. She had done absolutely everything she could within her power to make it work.

Her brother had been a prick. Gabriel was dealing with him, though, and it wouldn’t be long before Nigel being a problem was a thing of the past.

That was his goal. Not only that, he intended to stay. He couldn’t give up Faith. It was why he needed her pregnant. The moment she was ripe and full with his child, there was no reason for her to leave. He wanted every reason he could grasp to hold onto her.

He knew Faith didn’t love him. She had no feelings for him whatsoever. In fact, she probably felt more hate for him than love. He’d barged into her life, threatened her brother, given her an ultimatum, took her virginity, and now she was at his every whim. His “person” toy. She had every reason to hate him. What she didn’t know was that he did it all for her.
