I kiss her forehead first, wanting to convey my love for her while I think about where to pierce her.

She shakes her head. “No. Not the quill thingy. I don’t like it.”

I aim for the spot where her shoulder and neck meet. The sensitive place that will make her bend to my will even without the quill. Sure enough, when I nuzzle her skin there, she settles a bit and whimpers.

After I drag my tongue over her pulse point, I pierce her quickly, injecting her with a calming serum.

“No…” The word trails off as she relaxes. Her heart rate slows. Her breathing comes easier. Her muscles relax. “That’s not fair,” she murmurs.

I kiss her lips again. “It’s life, Baby girl. Sometimes things won’t seem fair, but I will always do what I feel is best for you.”

“Will you let my arms free?” She tugs on the soft restraints. They’re designed to ensure Little girls can’t injure themselves struggling.

“After the doctor examines you.”

She pouts, her bottom lip quivering again. “I don’t like it. I don’t want an exam. I want some clothes and underwear.”

“I’m going to give her an IV,” Surgient declares. “She’s dehydrated and needs the fluid. After the exam, you can give her a bottle. We’ll add electrolytes to the formula, but for now, I’d like to get fluids in her quicker.”

She shakes her head. “No, Papi. I don’t like needles.” She’s not aware of it, but her voice is shifting a bit to accommodate her submission. She will be my Little in all ways, and as she assumes that role, it will be reflected some in her language and mannerisms.

Surgient pulls out a stirrup from his side of the table. He lifts her leg and settles it in the cradle before strapping her securely at the ankle, just above her knee, and around her upper thigh.

“Papi…” she begs.

I switch sides with Surgient to let him do the same to her other leg. He drops the front of the table next so her bottom is right on the edge.

Kendra flails around as he parts her legs farther, keeping her knees bent, stretching her wide open. She’s panting. I can smell her arousal. I’m sure it’s confusing and infuriating to her, but a part of her is succumbing to my will. Submitting to me because she can’t help it.

In the long run, she will trust me with her life and defer to me in all things willingly. It’s hard to adjust at first, and I suspect she might have a more difficult time than other Little girls. It would seem she was what they call high-maintenance by Earth standards. She’s not going to be pleased when she fully grasps there will be no more fancy clothes, makeup, nails, or hairdressers.

Surgient swabs her inner thigh with a disinfectant. It’s not entirely necessary on Eleadia, but we aren’t there yet, and even though I bathed her myself in our water, she still has contaminants on her body from the rest of our time above the club.

Surgient grips a section of her inner thigh. “Numb her here,” he requests.

“What?” Kendra’s voice is high pitched. She lifts her head. “Why?” She shakes her head. “No. Not there. What’s wrong with my arm?”

Surgient pats her knee. “Your arms are flailing around, Little one. I can keep your leg more stable.”

She shifts her gaze to me. “No. Please, Papi. I don’t need an IV. I’ll drink some water.”

My heart aches for her unease, but I must be firm and help her get through this process. “Drinking water won’t help it get into your system fast enough, Baby girl.” I come between her legs and bend over her thigh to lick a spot before piercing it so fast she doesn’t have time to voice further protests.

“Ugh. That’s just mean.” She drops her head back in defeat.

It takes Surgient seconds to insert the IV and start the drip. “There. See? You didn’t feel a thing, did you, Little one?”

She lifts her head again. “You already did it?”

“Yes. It’s all done.” Surgient comes to her side again and palpates her tummy. “Has she had a bowel movement since you claimed her?”

“Not yet. It’s only been a few hours.” I set my hand on her head, glancing at her every few seconds.

Her cheeks are bright pink. She doesn’t like us discussing her bowels.

“After I examine her, I’ll give her a suppository to get everything moving. We’ll add a laxative to her first feeding too. I’d rather she be thoroughly cleaned out before you board the transport vessel. Especially with toxins in her system. No surprises en route.”

Kendra squeezes her eyes closed and purses her lips. She tips her head back too. I’m pretty sure she’s holding her breath and trying to block us out. I know she’s embarrassed. It’s normal for new Little girls. They aren’t used to this kind of frank discussion about their bodily functions. Such discussions are oddly taboo on Earth.
