Bordering on filthy and completely obscene, the show on the other end of the screen had him straining and panting as his orgasm churned in his balls. Alec stroked himself harder, faster, pushing the tip of his finger in and out of his hole.

“Fuck yeah!” Keyes moved his hand faster, working himself, struggling to keep the phone propped up on the pillow between his legs with all the quaking the bed was doing. He was going to come. He couldn’t take his eyes off the screen. Caught up in ecstasy and lost to the expression in Alec’s eyes as his lover erupted with a shout, he followed right behind him.

His motions faltered, his balls drew up, and his eyes slammed shut as come shot from his twitching cock, landing against his chest and neck in warm, thick splats. The muscles in his stomach cramped from all the tensing as his cock twitched and jerked in his palm. He released his dick when it became too sensitive, but kept his eyes shut.

Struggling to calm the fuck down and get his breathing under control, Keyes felt the excitement bubbling in his heart. This had been hot as hell, another new experience with Alec. Even though he couldn’t move his legs, because they felt heavy as steel, he was truly blissed out. With some effort, he opened his eyes to find Alec staring at him with that lazy grin lighting his face.

“Yeah, I may have to rethink the texting thing.” Alec’s grin widened.

Three months later. Summer.

Swimming to the side of the oversized pool floaty, Alec clasped the edge, jostling Key, who remained sprawled across the dark blue pool lounger. His eyes were closed as the sun illuminated his inked skin. Key’s lack of reaction when his cocktail spilled, escaping over the side of the glass, led Alec to suspect Key had fallen asleep. So, he took the moment to enjoy the view, not like he didn’t do that all the time anyway. Now, he just had a legitimate excuse.

From what Alec gathered, Key felt at home with him. The biker rested and relaxed, took things in stride, and he even laughed and teased Alec all the time. A stark contrast to the stoic man who had come to his rescue on that deserted stretch of road almost five months ago.

Alec’s heart filled with happiness as he clung to the edge of the raft, clasping his hands together to rest his chin there. Key was a strikingly handsome man, both inside and out. Alec’s feelings were only getting stronger and harder to contain. He adjusted his position to reach out and move a wayward piece of damp hair from Key’s face before he lowered his fingers to skim over the new growth of Key’s beard. His guy had a soft beard, but he’d, randomly, shaved it all off a couple of days ago. This new stubble was prickly, and Alec couldn’t wait to feel the scruff scrape across his stomach and thighs, among other things. His dick plumped, liking the idea a hell of a lot.

“I can feel you staring.” Key’s mouth moved, but every other part of his body remained motionless.

“I’m marveling at how calm the non-swimmer is drifting on a raft surrounded by water,” Alec replied, remembering Key had confessed he didn’t really know how to swim.

“It’s cool as shit out here,” Key mumbled and turned his head, cocking an eyebrow but never opening his eyes.

“It took me long enough to get you out here,” Alec said, resting his chin back on his hand as he clung to the side, kicking his legs, drifting idly with the raft.

Key’s eyes opened, holding him transfixed with that direct gaze. “I have a confession.”

Alec’s breath caught in his throat, imagining what Key might want to confess. What if he wanted to discuss their relationship? What if he wanted a future? A gamut of thoughts ran through Alec’s head at lightning speed. How would he respond if such a thing happened? Could this raft hold them both when he crawled in next to Key?

“What’s that?” Alec finally asked.

“I didn’t understand what you meant when you said the pool had a bar in it.”

Alec’s heart dropped, but he nodded, crushed that his little fantasy hadn’t played out. Key’s confession wasn’t even in the top million responses Alec would have hoped to hear.

“That’s cool as shit that you can just swim up and make your own drinks.”

Alec gave an odd-sounding chuckle in an attempt to hide his disappointment. He glanced over his shoulder to the small bar set up in the corner of the swimming pool. “It seems excessive now. When I first bought the house, I envisioned neighborhood parties here. Lots of interaction. It’s designed to allow a bartender to work, but you’re the only person other than Blaine who’s been in the pool.”
