He was a force that took me by storm and flipped my entire way of being upside down. He made me see I wasn’t alone and that being vulnerable and needing people was okay. That I was better than the person I pretended to be. He showed me how it feels to truly live. To want things and go after them. He taught me love is the most magical thing in the world. And the way he made me feel so cherished and wanted, I would never come down from that high.
Yeah, it’s crazy that our journey together only started four months ago. But in this life, you find that person and don’t take a single second for granted.
Rubbing my thumb over the pink, princess-cut diamond, I imagine the beautiful life we’ll have. Because I know Tate wouldn’t give me anything less. And I plan on making sure he knows just how lucky I am.
