“Babe, he got this for two hundred and fifty thousand. You couldn’t find this anywhere on the beach for this price in Virginia.” I look up at him. A smile is playing on his lips. Chance is probably scheming something, judging from that look.

“You sure couldn’t, but really, that price? I could probably afford something like this on my own as a second home. Of course, I’d have to tell the bank it would be a rental to make it stick. But dang, this is nice. No wonder Fox wants you to look at this and cultivate his dream.”

“Who knows, maybe one day, we can have a dream of our own like this. A place to sneak away, a couple of kids running around the beach, maybe you’re pregnant again.” He winks. Chance knows about my dreams of a big family. Heck, it was one of those talks we had in the wee hours of the morning when we got up to watch the sunrise. Though, no matter how much coaxing I did, Chance still wouldn’t slide inside me. Even when I straddled his lap, my hand wrapping around his length, he eased me off him and proceeded to wring another orgasm from me.

“Pretty sure if you want that to happen, we’d actually need to have sex,” I smart back.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa, there are certain things I do not want to hear about when it comes to my younger brother. But seriously, Chance? Your woman wants you, and you’re holding out? Who does that?” Fox walks around the house. Of course, that’s not his real name, but that’s what he’s been called for as long as anyone can remember. It especially stuck when he went into the service.

“I was just teasing. It’s good to see you.” I step into his arms for a hug but hear Chance grumble under his breath, “Hands off.”

“You, hush. He’s your brother. I’m with you, grumpy pants.” This causes Fox to laugh, and I know I need to move back towards Chance before he takes it out on me in the form of multiple orgasms without a break.

“Just making sure he knows who you belong to.” Chance’s arm wraps around my shoulder, squeezing me into the crook of his body. I transfer the iPad into my other hand so I can place my palm on his heart. Letting him know exactly how I feel about him.

“I think the whole world knows, baby brother. You might as well piss around her, staking your claim.”

“Whatever. Let’s get this show on the road. You’re messing with my vacation time.” Chance groans. I move away, getting ready to take notes. They do that man hug type thing then walk ahead of me, Chance looking over his shoulder to wink at me. Other than that, it’s a whirlwind of ideas that Fox wants for his place, his budget, and the projection of how long it’ll take.

When Chance gives Fox the details, he’s not impressed. “That long? Can’t we speed it up? I’d like this place ready for spring break. We’re getting a team together to have a beach volleyball tournament here, and then a few in Florida throughout the year.”

“Unless I can somehow swing it to where you have a construction company work down here and I come down once a month to see where they’re at, but that’s going to be a lot of work for you too. I mean, you’ll have to check on the crew daily.” I’m already trying to figure out if that’s even feasible with Chance’s schedule.

“Yeah, that sounds like something I’ll really stay on top of. Not with the shop just opening up.” His sarcasm shows while he runs his fingers through his hair in frustration.

“I’ve been kicking up an idea, but I’d have to really look at the financials and talk to Peyton about it. Right now, I could come down on a Friday and leave Sunday evening. Right, Peyton?” Chance asks me.

“Let me look.” I turn around to let them have their chat and look at Chance’s calendar. He’s got a couple of projects coming up in the spring, but I’m pretty sure our crew in Virginia can handle it, even if we hire a few more guys.

“What’s it looking like?” Chance walks towards me. Fox isn’t around. I’m not sure where he went, but maybe he needed to take a breather. If he has to manage this and his new shop, it might be too much.

“I think you can do it. Of course, we still need to hire a couple of people for spring. It’ll mean you not having a weekend off once a month, and that’s also baseball season.” I know how much Chance enjoys watching spring training to see how everyone is doing, not to mention college baseball.

“I’ll have to watch it while I’m down here. Can you get away once a month? I won’t do this unless I know you’re with me.”
