“Yeah, we do,” I grin at him.
“It’s me, you, and the kitchen table the second we get home,” he grumbles.
I let out a chuckle as I turn my gaze back to Ryelle, and then I watch as Liam, Forest and Aria’s son, wraps his arm around my daughter's shoulders. I begin to slap Ryker’s abs. “Look.”
The instant Ryker sees what I see, his body tenses, and then I’m dragged toward the group of kids. “Ryelle, let’s go grab your bags so you can move into the suite.”
Liam quickly lets go of her, and it earns us a scowl from our daughter. She frowns at her father. “It can wait.”
“Hell no, it can’t,” he grumbles as he grabs hold of her hand, and then Ryelle’s tugged away from Liam.
Feeling sorry for Liam, I say, “Want to help us?”
“Sure. Yeah. That would be great, Mrs. West.”
He falls into step next to me, and I can’t stop myself from laughing when I watch Ryker and Ryelle frown at each other.
“Lord, I pity anyone who tries to date Ryelle.”
“Why?” Liam asks, his eyes snapping to mine.
I point at Ryker. “You’ll need to get past her father first.” Patting his shoulder, I add, “And then there are her uncles, her grandfathers…” I give him an encouraging smile. “You should survive, though. I’m a firm believer in miracles.”
The End.
