What I didn’t see were any obvious contenders in the “guys who would want me to suck them off” category.

I knew the night may end up as a bust, but at least I’d get to see friends and have amazing drinks while I struck out.

After a few minutes I checked my phone and thumbed through it. Without thinking, I went on autopilot and landed in the OnlyShots app, looking at my suggestions page.

A little electric fizz went through my chest when I saw Adam Dix’s name.

And next to it, the little hot pink icon that meant he had uploaded a brand-new video.

The video had only been uploaded 50 minutes ago. I loved when I happened to stumble onto a video that was that recent. It had been at least a week since he’d posted anything—he hadn’t uploaded anything new since I’d met him in person.

And suddenly I realized it had been a mistake to check that particular app while sitting in the middle of a very public place, because I was getting hard just thinking about Adam’s videos. I took my drink and my phone and meandered over to a dark section of the brewery, standing in a corner and leaning against the wall. I wasn’t going to stand over here and fish my dick out in public, but I could at least watch the video.

I tapped on the video. It was a short one at only 90 seconds long.

I watched as Adam lay down on a blanket on the floor in the sun and filmed himself stroking his very hard cock. The camera panned up for a second and I noticed where he was: on the floor in his bedroom, right in front of the sunny balcony doors.

And he’d put up a light diffuser, right along the panes of the window like I’d suggested.

He’d taken my advice. And I really liked it.

I glanced back up toward the long oak top bar, barely registering the people sitting there. I was supposed to be out trying to charm the pants off of cute guys, and instead all I wanted to do was stand here and gawk at Adam’s new video.

I tapped out a comment. It was something I used to be embarrassed to do, but a couple of months ago I’d let go of what small amount of shame I had and just let loose, complimenting his videos whenever I felt like it.

ChillyIcyBlue: You only get better. My favorite video yet.

I watched the loop of the video one more time before locking my phone and taking a deep breath, making sure I could re-enter the main area of the brewery and be decent for public.

And as soon as I stepped back out toward the long tables, I did a double take so hard I felt like the world had just flipped on its axis.

Adam’s face was right there at one of the tables, staring back at me.

For a second I thought I must have been seeing things, because I’d just been watching Adam on my phone, in a very private moment, hoping to God I wasn’t going to get caught.

And the real Adam—Adam Richardsen—sure as fuck wouldn’t be out on a Friday night at a very busy bar. I’d gotten the distinct impression last week that he’d rather take a bath in hot oil than ever go somewhere social at peak hours.

But it was him.

Sitting there, all alone.

After I caught his eye, he looked back down at the table, staring intently at a piece of paper in front of him.

I walked over, taking him in. I still didn’t know a guy could look achingly handsome and awkward as hell at the same time, but Adam managed it perfectly. He was wearing a black jacket and his dark hair was in a perfect swoop again, but it seemed like he’d left his rimmed glasses at home.

When I got to the edge of the table he looked up at me.

“When did you get here?” I asked.

“Oh. Hi,” he said, shifting on the bench. “Just now. I mean, probably about three minutes ago, if you want to get exact, but… yeah. I just got here.”

“I’m surprised to see you here. Very happily surprised.”

I glanced down at the sheet of paper in front of him, which was a trivia group sign-up sheet. There were spaces for up to six names, but only his name was written there.

My heart ached, even though my dick was still at a solid half-chub looking at Adam.

It was clear how hard he was trying, coming here tonight.

And it couldn’t have felt good to be sitting alone at a trivia table, even if you did happen to be the hottest guy in the room.

“Are you meeting anyone else here?” I asked.

He shook his head. “No. Just me.”

I plopped down across from him immediately, taking the paper and a pencil and writing my name beneath his.
