Isaac leads me to the stage, and I sit down in the chair. My heart races in my chest and I can feel the heat of embarrassment rise to my cheeks. Isaac smirks and places his hands on the armrests, caging me in.

“You’re getting better at this,” he teases. “When I danced for you the first time, I thought you’d sprout your angel wings and fly away.” He sways his hips and straddles me. “You seem a lot more comfortable now. You’re only a slight shade of pink instead of full-blown red.”

“I’m working on it,” I admit.

Isaac winks at me. “Good. That’s all I wanted to hear.”

For the next ten minutes, Isaac dances for me and I realize how limber he is. His new moves are super sexy and I have no doubt he could cheer anyone up. The man is well endowed, as evidenced by the bulge in his jeans as he dances. I’m not going to lie, I kind of want to see how big he actually is, but he keeps his pants on. There’s no time for him to give me a full show. However, I’ve heard from others in the club that he has the biggest cock of all the guys who work at Society X.

Once he’s done, I walk out of the Viewing Room just as Christy saunters down the hall with the group of men behind her. I move to the side so she can type in her code.

“Wait for me,” she whispers, hooking a quick glance my way before escorting the guys into the Viewing Room. A few minutes later, the door swings open and she comes out.

“Is everything okay?” I ask her.

Her lips pull back into a wide grin. “Of course. I knew Isaac was going to give you a show; I want to hear about it.”

I fan myself with my hand. “It was hot. That’s all I can say.”

Christy snickers. “I bet. I’m not going to lie, I’m a little jealous right now. If I hadn’t been so busy with all the new members, I would’ve tried to sneak in.”

My eyes widen. “How many new members are we talking?”

Her face brightens with excitement. “We’ve had twenty today alone. That’s not counting the several who are filling out paperwork as we speak.”

“Business is booming,” I say, laughing. “That should make our bosses happy.”

Christy nods. “I’d say so.” She glances at her watch and motions toward the other end of the hallway. “Come on. I’ll walk with you to get your purse.”

There’s something about her smile; it’s as if there’s something mischievous going on in her mind.

Narrowing my gaze, I can’t help but grin back at her. “What’s going on in that head of yours?”

She winks and nudges me with her elbow. “Nothing, really. I was just wondering if Isaac’s show has got you in the mood to try out one of the sex rooms once and for all?”

Having Isaac rub all over me has definitely made me want to let loose and have fun. But am I ready for what Society X has to offer? I already know the answer to that.

“Hold that thought,” I say.

We leave the hallway with the sex rooms and move to the administration part of the club where nothing scandalous happens. It’s just a series of offices where new members come in and fill out their paperwork. And it’s also where the employee break rooms are. I walk inside and grab my purse while Christy waits for me in the hallway.

I take a quick peek at my phone to find a text from Brent. We exchanged numbers the other night when I saw him at the club.

Brent: I hope you had a good night. I’d love to see you again. Text me when you get a chance.

My heart flip-flops in my chest, and my stomach feels as if a million butterflies are fluttering about.

“Have you talked to your friend Brent today?” Christy questions.

I hold up my phone. “It just so happens he’s just texted me.”

I never thought seeing him again would bring back so many feelings from the past, a time when things were simple and innocent.

It’s hard not to smile while reading his text again.

“He said he’d love to see me again,” I explain, meeting Christy’s stare. “I think it’ll be nice spending time with him before he goes back to Texas.”

Christy crosses her arms over her chest, her gaze curious. “What kind of relationship did you two have? When he was here, I could sense the sexual tension between you.”

That makes me laugh. “Sexual tension? I would’ve loved for him to make a move back when we were in high school, but we never did anything more than hold hands and kiss.”

She tilts her head to the side. “What if he joined the club? Would that shock you?”
