Before I went to my own room to get ready for dinner, I made a pit stop in one of the gift shops to buy a box of condoms. Truth was, I did want Hayes up my butt. I wasn't sure how far he wanted to take things and I would never push him, but when he was ready, I wanted to be prepared.

Once my purchase was complete, I made my way up to my suite and shimmied out of my trunks, amazed by the amount of sand they held. I jumped into the shower and thoroughly washed my body several times to scrub away the remaining salt.

I dried off and trimmed my beard before dressing in the black suit I'd packed. It was my favorite one I owned; it was made of soft material and was tailored to my body, hugging my curves in the best way. I paired it with a white dress shirt and a silver tie, and shiny black shoes. Once I sprayed on some cologne and combed my hair, I paced the floor, anxiously awaiting Hayes' arrival.

He didn't keep me waiting long. When I heard his quiet tap on the door, my heart raced. It had only been half an hour since I'd seen him last, but I missed him, and wanted him by my side.

I flung open the door and my jaw dropped at my first glance at Hayes. "You're gorgeous," I blurted out, though the words didn't do him justice.

He was dressed in a gray suit which looked like it was painted on his perfect body. Beneath it was a white shirt and a black tie; we were unplanned complements to one another, from our clothes to our whole relationship.

"So are you," he replied breathlessly. "I'm one lucky man."

He had it backwards, but I didn't want to argue; I had something much better to do with my mouth. I leaned in and took his lips with mine, kissing him deeply before pulling away and resting my forehead on his. I gazed into his eyes, knowing I could gladly stare at them all day.

After a few quiet moments, Hayes spoke up, "On my way up, I saw several photographers setting up background tapestries throughout the halls. Will you have some pictures taken with me?"

"Of course." Even though I wasn't extremely photogenic, I loved the idea of capturing memories with Hayes. Pictures would make great souvenirs, and I would certainly never complain about seeing him plastered around my house.

I assumed that having our photos taken would be an easy, straightforward process; that we'd choose a backdrop we liked, smile, see the flash, and move on. But I was wrong.

We did get to pick out the background we liked, which in Hayes' case, meant all of them. He couldn't decide between the tapestries printed with beautiful scenery, and the backgrounds which used props like a piano or a staircase. So, he asked me to pose with him in all options.

I happily obliged, but I wasn't prepared for the picture taking process that awaited us. It wasn't just a 'point and shoot' ordeal; each photographer placed us in at least twelve different poses by physically touching us and putting us into position. They micromanaged everything from hand position to the degree to which we tilted our heads. And they kept telling me to smile when I already was. I couldn’t help that it was crap.

My smile surely only got worse as the process dragged on. After being touched by four different photographers and sweating beneath the bright lights they pointed at us, I was tired of it all and getting cranky. Not to mention I was starving. But I would put my woes aside to make Hayes happy.

I looked down the hall at the endless backdrop options and wondered which one Hayes would choose next. But to my surprise, he shrugged and turned his attention to me. “Would you mind if we skipped the rest? I think we got some really nice photos already. Plus, my stomach is starting to growl and I’m afraid if we keep going I might get hangry.”

He’s suggesting food over more picture time? Holy fuck, I think I just fell in love. “I don’t mind at all. I know the pictures will be gorgeous because you’re in them.” Hayes thanked me with a toothy grin. “And you do not want to see this man get hangry.” I offered him my elbow and asked, “Shall we?”

He wrapped his hand around my arm and we walked together to the main dining room, where we were once again shown to a table for two. And just as before, the service was quick and excellent.

Hayes wished to try something new, and I pointed out that the menu was offering braised rabbit. My sweet man warred with himself; he didn’t want to eat the cuddly creature, but he was curious and wanted to be adventurous. When I told him that the dishes were already prepared, and that if he didn’t eat it, someone else would, he decided to order the meal.
