“Yes, um…David. Can I call you that right now?”

I smiled. “Of course.” After scanning the area to make sure no one was out, I reached down and cupped his growing bulge. The porch afforded us some privacy but not much, which was part of the allure for me. “If you’re a good boy, I’ll let you come. We’ll need to be careful. Anyone can drive by, or a neighbor could come out and see us.” His cock twitched beneath my hand. “Do you like that?”

“Yessss,” he hissed out when I began massaging him. “God, yes.”

I grabbed him, turning us so Ian’s back was against the door. He leaned in to kiss me, but I pulled back. “No, I didn’t say you could do that, did I? Patience, pup. This is my show, unless you tell me to stop.”

He whimpered, fucking whimpered, and pride that I was the cause swept through me. Stepping in closer, I thrust my groin against his, rubbing our erections together. The thin material of our workout shorts didn’t create much of a barrier between us.

“What do you want?” I asked as Ian writhed against me.

“To kiss you.”

“Hmm, let me think.” I traced his bottom lip with my thumb. “Do I want to be nice, or torture you? I’m not sure.” Another pump of my hips. “I think we’ll wait on the kiss since that’s specifically what you asked for. It’s gonna be fun driving you wild.”

I held my hand up to him. “Spit.” Ian grabbed my wrist and spit in my hand. I shoved it down his shorts and underwear, wrapping it around his hot length. “Don’t come. That’s something I don’t allow without permission. Color?”

Ian’s eyes fluttered closed. “Green…fuck, you’re a bastard. I’ve never had someone tell me I can’t come.”

I leaned in and bit his neck.

“Ouch. Shit. What was that for?”

“You called me a bastard. That’s not very polite, is it?” I stroked slowly. Ian held on to the doorjamb, his other hand sliding, trying to get a purchase on the wooden door. “I asked you a question, pup.”

“No…fuck, no. I’m sorry, Sir. Jesus, I can’t believe I already want to come.”

I tightened my grip on him, alternating between fast strokes and long, slow ones, when there was a sound from the house beside mine—a door opening, then closing.

“Hello, Ms. DeMarco!” I called to the woman. She’d been my neighbor for years, was around sixty, and looked like she was heading to her yoga class.

I kept my hand on Ian’s erection, trying not to make it obvious what I was doing, but also teetering on the edge of being caught. The bushes between our front yards were just the right height, plus the closed-in section on the lower half of the porch railing would help shield us.

“Hey, Dr. Birch. How are you doing this morning?” she called back.

“Excellent! You heading for yoga?” Stroke, stroke, stroke.

“Fuck…fuck…” Ian whispered over and over.

“Yeah. Our class is on the beach today.”

“We just got back from a jog. This is Ian Jones. He’s going to be staying with me for a while.” I lowered my voice and said, “Say hello to the nice woman, pup,” while I continued to jack him off.

“H-hi. Nice…to meet you,” Ian called out, his hand slipping where he tried to hold on to the doorjamb, and gently thrusting into my fist.

“He’s a bit out of breath. He’s not used to running. I’m teaching him the ropes!” I told my neighbor.

“Nice to meet you, Ian. The other boy, he’s a joy too. We talked flowers the other day.”

“Holy fuck, shut up, lady,” Ian gritted out so only I could hear. I pulled my hand away. “Hey!” Ian’s eyes widened as he realized he’d said that last word loudly. “I mean, hey, that’s cool. I like flowers too.”

Ms. DeMarco frowned. It had to look strange that we were standing so close, Ian against the door and me in front of him, so I said, “We’ll let you enjoy your day.”

She recovered quickly and waved. “Have fun, boys!” She went to her car and pulled away.

“Oh my God. She knew. She totally knew, and please finish what you started.”

“Get on your knees.”

“What?” Ian shrieked.

“I think you heard me.”

Ian’s gazed darted around, likely searching for anyone walking by. When he was satisfied, he knelt. “God, why is this so hot?”

“Because you like doing what I say.” He reached for my shorts, and I pulled back. “You have to wait and listen, remember? Now, I’m going to give you two choices: you can jerk me off, and yourself too, but you come after I do; or, you can suck me off, no coming, and then I’ll do the same for you. I know we just finished a jog, but—”

“I’ll blow you,” Ian rushed out. It was cool outside, and we hadn’t jogged enough to work up much of a sweat. That was half the fun sometimes, though. There was nothing like the scent of another man.
