“Told you.” Chuckling, I pulled away enough to nip at his smooth jaw. “All I needed was the click of the lock.”

“I see.” Harrison made a satisfied noise as he again felt for the light switch, reaching around me until soft light flooded the small entryway and adjacent living room. “Ah. There we are. Let there be light.”

“You’re a regular magician, Har—”

Cutting my tease short, Harrison tugged me into another kiss, this one more aggressive than I was used to from him. Harrison being all worked up made my cock throb, and when his tongue invaded my mouth, I met him eagerly, trading explorations. We were grinding against his door, and while I wasn’t opposed to getting off right there, I started scanning for the nearest horizontal surface. The small loveseat near a crowded bookshelf wasn’t going to work and neither was his dining table, a gorgeous oak number with a polished top but a stack of books bracing one of the legs.

“On second thought. I do need a tour. You have a lack of places for me to lay you out.” I gestured at the living space. “I was contemplating the merits of your table, but it doesn’t look any too steady.”

Harrison made a pained face as he stepped out of the entryway. “Sorry. Damaged in the move.”

“I’ll fix it for you,” I promised. It didn’t escape my notice that I was simply assuming I’d be invited back. Or that I was volunteering myself for another task for him, but collecting all the excuses I could for more visits seemed like the best idea ever. Anything that got me more of those drugging kisses and his hard, lean body against mine. “Later.”

“Later is good.” Grabbing my hand, Harrison yanked me toward the back of the apartment and into what had to be the bedroom. He flipped on the lights, and I was overjoyed to see a bed, but we didn’t make it there. We were kissing again, clutching at each other, desperate like it hadn’t been a mere twenty seconds since our last kiss. When I pulled away, panting, I caught sight of us in a full-length wooden mirror with intricate beveled edges and spindle legs.

I whistled low. “Oh, now that’s pretty.”

“Yes. It’s antique.” Harrison was halfway between kiss-drunk and ramping up for a history lesson. “I got it at an auction—”

“I meant you.” I spun him slightly so he could see the picture we made. Him all starched and proper, me a little more blue-collar, his paler skin and darker hair a nice contrast to the start of my summer tan. Our relative size difference also looked sexy, his lean frame leaning against my broader one. “Or rather us. In the mirror. See?”

“I see.” Harrison sounded both turned-on and slightly embarrassed, like he wasn’t the most comfortable admiring himself. And that wouldn’t do.

“I’m not sure you do…” I moved so I was more directly behind him, hugging him tightly against me. I dropped kisses on his ear and neck, right above his collar, before I plucked his bow tie loose. “I’ve waited all night to do that.”

“You don’t like it?” Tipping his head back against my shoulder, Harrison invited another neck kiss, which I happily provided.

“I love it. Drives me crazy when you’re all polished and perfect. Makes me want to undress you slowly, exactly like this.”

Undoing his shirt buttons, one by one, I stroked each bit of newly revealed skin.

“Playing valet?” His laugh ended on a sharp inhale as I coasted my fingers over his pebbled nipples.

“See? Who says historicals are a time waster? Maybe I’ve learned all sorts of tricks, my lord.” Opening his shirt more, I bit lightly at his shoulder. “And see how damn hot you look, exactly like this?”

“Pretty sure that’s all your doing. I’ve owned this mirror for years, and I’ve never seen its merits quite like this.” He moaned softly when I tweaked one of his nipples.

“Told you. I like undressing you.” Stroking his torso, I let my hands wander lower. “I want to get you off, exactly like this, with you watching.” I cupped him through the fine fabric of his dress pants.

“You’re kinkier than you look.”

“Is that a no?” Hands poised above his belt buckle, I licked at his earlobe.

“It’s a yes, please.” He arched toward my hands, like I needed any prompting to undo his belt and fly, sending his pants to the floor in a puddle of dark linen.

“Good,” I rumbled against his neck.

He had far better taste in underwear than me, and I liked the slick feel of his black briefs with a wide designer waistband against my fingers. Taking my time, I teased him, little touches all along that designer label, dipping under the elastic but never touching his straining cock. I liked the game so much that I bent so I could trail my fingers along his thighs, snaking a finger under the material to taunt his balls.
