A Little girl runs down the beach, laughing as a man I assume is her Daddy pretends to chase her. I gasp, my eyes going wide as I fold my arms over my chest and shudder. “She’s naked,” I say.

“She has on a swim diaper,” Papa points out.

I squeeze my boobs tighter. “She doesn’t have on a swimsuit or a shirt,” I whisper.

Daddy turns around in his seat and pats my knee. “Littles don’t wear swimsuits at the beach or the water park here, Baby girl. Just a lot of sunscreen.”

I bite my lip and stare at him. I’m no longer sure I want to go to the beach. Or the water park. And again, I wonder what else they have not told me. “People will see my boobies,” I murmur in my Littlest voice.

“No one is going to pay attention to your boobs, sweet girl,” Papa informs me.

“How do you know?” I ask defiantly, kicking my feet against the back of the seats.

“Because they’re all in the same boat. Remember, the uniformity on this island is what makes it so unique and special. If every Little girl is naked from the waist up, it becomes normalized. There’s no judging. Little girls come in all sizes and skin tones. Would you look at another Little girl and judge her for the size of her breasts?” Papa asks.

I gasp. “Of course not.”

“Then why would someone judge you?”

I cover my boobs. “Because mine are so small,” I whisper.

Papa twists farther and grabs my other knee. Now both men are clasping me. “Every inch of you is absolutely perfect. Do not put yourself down.” He lifts a brow, giving me a stern look.

The same look is on Daddy’s face. “Tiago is right, and I think the beach is exactly where we will go first tomorrow. You need to learn to let go of this notion that you’re anything less than beautiful. We’ll start with a little public nudity.”

I swallow hard. I know better than to argue. It won’t get me anywhere.

Daddy lifts both brows in question.

“Yes, Sir,” I murmur. I glance back out toward the beach. The last few Littles are being corralled by their caregivers as the sun slips farther in the sky.

Tomorrow is going to be challenging. This entire vacation is going to be both challenging and rewarding. I’m excited to see and do new things, but I’m nervous at the same time. The thought of being so exposed in front of other people overwhelms me.

Chapter Three

“How was your first night on the island?” Dr. Morgan asks after shaking hands with Daddy and Papa in the exam room of the clinic the next morning. He’s talking to me though. He’s smiling at me as he strokes a hand down one of my pigtails.

“It was good, Sir,” I tell him. I’m too nervous to make friendly conversation.

“Good. I’m glad. I know you’d rather get started on your vacation at one of the Littleworld parks or the beach, so let’s get your exam out of the way and get you out of here. How’s that sound?”

I nod. I’d like to get out of here. That part is for sure. I could do without the exam.

Dr. Morgan sits on a stool in front of me and pats my leg. “I hear you live at Rawhide Ranch.”

I nod again.

Daddy stands to one side of me. He pats the top of my head. “Words, Baby girl. Manners.”

I lick my lips. “Yes, Sir.”

“Did you know I visited the Ranch one time with my Little girl?” Dr. Morgan asks.

I shake my head, my eyes widening.

“Yep. Her name is Felicity. She prefers to live in the younger age range of the island, but I let her experiment with other ages while we were there.” He chuckles. “Suffice to say, she was ready to come home to Regression Island when the week was over.”

“I knew I recognized your name,” Papa says, snapping his fingers. “You did a seminar on medical play, didn’t you?”

Dr. Morgan nods. “Yes. It was a wonderful week.”

“So, is this just for pretend then?” I ask, looking around the room. It’s so real. Everything in the room looks like a real doctor’s office.

“No, Little one. This is a real clinic. I’m a real doctor. I really do take care of sick patients here, but we put a strong emphasis on well-baby checkups on this island. The Littles who live here visit this office frequently. Guests always come in at least once at the beginning of their stay. Some come in several times.”

I widen my eyes and gasp. “In a week?”

Dr. Morgan smiles warmly again. “It depends on your needs, Little one.”

I shake my head. “I don’t need a doctor at all. I’m totally healthy.”

He doesn’t waver. I imagine he’s heard this from every Little who’s come into his office. He pats my leg. “My job is to verify that. I will keep a file with your overall health and notes, but your Daddies and I will also use this visit to assess how important medical play is to you. If you need multiple visits to my office while you’re here, that can be arranged.”
