I’m the only man she needs.

Fuck the age difference.

Fuck it all. Everything except for the two of us. At this moment, that’s all that matters.

Us.

“Rome.” Her voice is raspy and so damn sexy.

I want her to come unglued. I want to drive her just as wild as she did me. I want her to feel, in every pore of her skin, that it’s me making her feel this way. That I’m the man who owns her pleasure.

I add another finger, and she hisses as her hips arch up off the table.

My tongue traces her clit, and her legs clamp around my head. I smile before going back for more. She’s close. Her pussy clamps down on my fingers, just as tight as her thighs, gripping my head like a vise.

“Come for me, Em. Give it all to me. It’s mine. Your pleasure is mine,” I tell her, before going back for more.

With one swipe of my tongue, she’s shooting off like a rocket. She calls out my name, and I swear on all that I am, it’s a sound I’ll never in my life forget. I don’t stop until her body relaxes.

Carefully, I remove her legs from my shoulders and stand. Leaning over her where she’s still lying on the table, I kiss her softly. It’s a complete contrast to the way my tongue was lapping at her pussy. I gave her the naughty part of me. Now I’m giving her the rest of me.

All of me.

The softer side. The man who thinks about her constantly. The man who’s sleep deprived because after a handful of days with her next to me at night, wrapped in my arms, I feel lost without her.

“I didn’t expect to fall this hard for you,” I confess.

“Do you regret it?”

“No. Never, Emerson. You hear me? Whatever the outcome, I’ll never regret a moment shared with you.”

I kiss her once more, because I can’t get enough of her, before helping her up, and assisting her with sliding back into her panties and shorts. I lift her off the table, placing her on her feet.

“Oh no.”

“What?” My eyes scan her body, looking for something that might be amiss.

“We’re going to have to erase the cameras.”

“I paused the one in my room. Besides, it’s pointed at the door for client confidentiality. There’s a lot of ink you have to strip down for, and we don’t record that. Just in-and-out activity of the room.”

“I know, but I was loud, Rome. So loud.”

I grin and drop a kiss on her temple. “I know.”

She playfully swats at my chest. “I’m serious. Pull it up, and see if you can hear us.”

I don’t think she was that loud, but then again, I was so lost in her, so she could have been.

Grabbing my phone from the desk, I pull up the app and choose the hallway camera. I hit Play, and sure enough, you can hear her calling out my name. Part of me wants to save the video to my phone so I can listen to it repeatedly at night when I’m alone in my bed and missing her. However, I know I can’t do that. If I want to hear her come for me, I’m just going to have to get creative.

“Shit. Shit. Shit. What if they were watching that?” There’s panic in her voice.

I step in behind her and wrap my arms around her. She leans her back into my chest and instantly relaxes. Holding my phone in front of her, I erase all the video footage from today. That way, it won’t look as suspicious. We can just say it was an outage with the company or something. Hell, I’m sure the guys will never notice, but she’s right. It’s a risk, and it’s better if we do what we can to prevent them from finding out until she’s ready.

I’m ready now. I know the outcome, and I’m willing to face the consequences.

I could lose my part of the business if the guys band together and ask to buy me out. I could also lose one if not all four of my best friends since kindergarten, but I’m still here. I’m still wracking my brain with ideas about stealing time with her before she leaves, and how often I can get to Lexington to see her while she’s finishing her last year of college.

I was all in the minute my lips touched hers.

I still have this heaviness in my chest when I think about Emerson losing her brother over us, but she’s assured me it won’t come to that. I know she’s younger than me, but as she’s told me time and time again, she’s a grown woman. I have to trust her instincts. I’ll never forgive myself if they don’t make it through this once Forrest finds out.
