“Thought of a name yet?” I asked Cecily as I drove down the road. Reaching out, I grasped her hand in mine.

She shook her head. “Nope. I can’t settle on anything. He’ll probably get named as soon as they ask me to fill out the birth certificate.”

I chuckled, shaking my head a little. “You’re something else, sweetheart.”

She just squeezed my hand in response.

Cecily gasped as soon as she stepped foot into the clubhouse. The guys and Chelsea had gone above and beyond, hanging up different shades of blue streamers and a funny “Welcome Unnamed Baby” banner on the back wall that made me bark out a laugh. A diaper cake was on one table, and another table held an edible cake with a woman holding a baby as a topper. Another table had enough food to feed a small army, and one of the other tables was piled high with gifts.

“Guys—” Cecily didn’t even finish her sentence before she burst into tears. I quickly tugged her into my arms while she got herself together.

“Is it too much?” Seb rumbled, looking at her in concern. His eyes flickered to me, but I gave a one-shoulder shrug. I never knew where her moods were at anymore. I just went with the flow and let the raging ocean that was her emotions toss me around.

“It’s perfect,” Cecily blubbered into my chest. She sniffled and pulled back, swiping at her cheeks. “You guys—I have no words.”

Chelsea gently pulled her away from me and hugged her. I grunted in displeasure but let her go. “Come on. Are you hungry?”

“For cake,” Cecily said, making me chuckle. Everyone swore she was going to have a girl because of all the sweets she ate, but every ultrasound scan showed a boy.

Seb came to stand beside me. “She’s going to pop.”

I snorted. “Looks like it, but she’s still got a couple of weeks, according to the doctor. She’s confident Cecily’s not going to give birth until after forty weeks. My woman is miserable.”

Seb grunted. “In this heat? I would be, too.”

I chuckled and clapped a hand to his shoulder. “Help me make her a plate of food. She needs something other than cake.”

“I do not,” Cecily mumbled around a mouthful of cake, cutting a dark look at me. I just grinned at her.

“Go sit down before you choke,” I ordered. “You can have more cake after you feed our baby something sustaining.”

She rolled her eyes at me before easing herself into a chair. Seb, surprising me, laughed. Not much made him laugh. Hell, I was surprised he was talking so much. Those few sentences he’d spoken so far today were more than I usually heard from him in a month.

“Remind me never to get a woman pregnant.”

I laughed so hard, I almost dropped Cecily’s plate of food.
