She looks down at herself and then drops her hands before meeting my eyes again. “Well, money is all you’re getting from me.”

“I don’t want your money,” I tell her. This woman has me feeling things I’ve never felt before. I want to possess her, claim her, keep her. I turn to walk away but stop when I hear her mutter, “You’re just a player.”

I flip back around then and she’s about to get into her car. Holding back is no longer an option. Fuck that. I catch her before she sits down and press my hard body against her softer one. I swallow deeply, hoping I don’t lose my shit here. “Yes. I’m a player. I’ve always been a player. But I’ve never, in all my life, not been able to get my mind off of one woman. Honey, I went home last night with your scent in my nostrils and jerked off to the thought of your cherry lips wrapped around my cock. I went to sleep thinking of you and woke up with a massive hard-on, thinking of you. Yeah, honey, I’m a player, but in this scenario”—I point between the two of us—“I think I’m going to be the one that gets played.”

Her chest is heaving and I know she’s thinking about everything I’ve said. I’m waiting, watching for any indication that I have the go-ahead. When her eyes raise to mine and they’re filled with lust, I grab each side of her face and pull her to me.

I utter the words, “You’re taking too long” before I devour her lips with mine. The minute we touch, it’s almost like I’m about to lose consciousness. I can’t think of anything except the feel of her. She’s cradled against me and my cock hardens against her. She’s pressing into me and her hands clench at the front of my coveralls.

Her mouth opens, accepting me inside, and I push my way in, wanting to taste everything she has to offer.

When I’m this close to ripping her clothes off, I pull back from her and rest my forehead against hers. We’re both breathing raggedly and it isn’t until I push away from her body that I’m able to form a complete sentence.

“Go out with me,” I demand of her.

Her eyes widen and she bites down on her lower, swollen lip. She’s staring back at me and I know she is feeling overwhelmed.

“Just dinner. Just go out with me. I won’t push you for more, I promise.”

Right now, I’d promise her anything I need to promise to get her to go out with me. And I’ll keep it. I won’t touch her, but by the end of it I’ll have her begging me for it.

Maggie

I know I should say no. We’re obviously from two different worlds and he’s so much younger than me, but there’s a yearning deep inside me that makes me want to say yes.

I shake my head at him. “No – no dinner.”

He starts to argue but I put my hand on his chest and he calms down instantly. I take a deep breath and look up at him, trying to hide my insecurities. But somehow, I sense he knows it. I sense that he sees the real me right now and it’s sort of freaking me out.

“I don’t want you to take me to dinner. I want you to come to my house. I want more of well, you know.” The more I talk, the more flustered I am. But I’m being honest here. He doesn’t have to wine me and dine me. No, I just want to take him home with me.

He looks at me skeptically. He looks at me for so long, I’m beginning to think he’s going to turn me down. It’s only then if I wonder if I was too hasty in turning down his offer of dinner.

“Okay,” he finally mutters and I release the breath I didn’t know I was holding.

I give him my address and we agree on the time before I slide back into my car.

He’s holding the door open and he squats down beside me. “That it? You just leavin’ now?”

I look over at him, at the stubble on his chin, his firm lips and big shoulders. I forget he asked me something until he tips my chin and pulls me until my eyes meet his.

“Kiss me bye.” He says it, but he doesn’t lean in. I watch him, waiting for him to take control, because in all honesty, that’s exactly what I want – another kiss with him.

I lean toward him, but he still doesn’t move. When I’m only a breath away and his lips part he finally makes a move. And it’s even better than the first time. I kiss him back, pushing my tongue in his mouth, wanting the taste of him on my lips. Something to tide me over until tonight.
