“Good plan, Daddy.” I gave him a smacky kiss. “But you have to tell me what she can know. She won’t tell about me, will she?”

Daddy cocked his head again. “About me seeing you or about you being an adorable little who loves being carried?”

“That one.” I didn’t care if anyone knew I was seeing Daddy. “I don’t want to surprise anyone.”

Or end up arrested or on the news.

Austin wouldn’t like me ending up on the news, and I didn’t think my boss would be happy about it either.

He’d have explaining to do and he didn’t like when that happened.

Chapter 17

Tyson

Whatever he was thinking would just end up with me getting an ulcer, so I didn’t ask and instead went back to the original question. “No. I have not told her anything personal about you because I consider your kinks, preferences, and means of relaxation to be private.”

Dessie scrunched up his face and looked very thinky. “I can understand that.”

But?

I knew it was coming and tried to be patient.

“But what if she sees my toys?” Wiggling back and forth and clearly descending into his little headspace even faster, he frowned adorably. “My new binkie got here today and you said my jammies would come too. She’s gonna have questions.”

He wasn’t wrong.

He also wasn’t done talking.

“She might see them in the wash. She might think it was weird if we did the laundry. She might put away your clothes and then see mine. She might find my binkie.” Barely taking a breath, Dessie leaned in close and rested his forehead against mine. “Does she know not to look in the drawer by the bed?”

He had a fascinating way of seeing the practical side of the situation.

“Yes.” That made his eyes go wide. “But I’m a grown-up, so me having private things in my drawer would not surprise her. She’s good about respecting my privacy, though.”

I had a feeling her mother had given her a list of shit that she shouldn’t do because we’d never had an issue with anything like that.

“Then can we put my binkie next to your stuff?” He meant my condoms and lube but for some reason didn’t seem to want to say it.

“Yes. I think that’s a very good plan, at least until we figure out where your playroom will go.” For some reason, that very logical boundary had his eyes bugging out. “She’ll have to see it because it will need to be vacuumed. I know you. There will be cookies and crackers in every corner if we’re not careful.”

And I was not going to spend our time together cleaning.

Not unless it was cleaning cum or other sticky things off Dessie.

“She’ll think it’s some kind of sex dungeon if I don’t explain what’s in it.” Or worse. “If I don’t give her a good answer, she’ll call her mother.”

“I get a playroom?” Dessie’s response was so unexpected that it took my brain a few seconds to catch up.

“Yes?” Wait. We’d gotten off track somewhere. “Why wouldn’t you want a playroom?”

Austin had one for Charlie and he wasn’t even Austin’s sub, child, or weirdly defined alternative partner. Dessie was my little and clearly something else to me, so I should get to have one for him too.

“Because. Well. You.” Dessie stopped and shoved his thumb in his mouth. It seemed like the universal sign for a little who needed a moment, so I waited, just grateful his give me a second to think didn’t include alcohol or drama.

After a few moments, he removed his thumb and leaned his forehead against mine again. “Because you’d have to keep me if you did that, Daddy. It’s the rules. Austin said so. Once a little gets a playroom, you have to keep them.”

Did he think I was stupid or did he think he was saving me from myself since I didn’t know the rules?

“Yes, I got that memo as well.” Along with the one that made sure to explain the digestive issues a little could run into if they were allowed to pick out every meal.

Austin’s mind was a curious place, but he had a point about the importance of vegetables.

He’d even included links to several mommy bloggers who showed their viewers how to hide vegetables from cranky toddlers.

“Then you know?” Dessie sat back and frowned, head cocking to the side. “You know?”

Stupid.

He’d thought he needed to save the stupid Daddy from himself.

Well, at least he wasn’t going to move in without having a conversation about it first.

“Yes. I know.” That didn’t make it better, though. His face stayed scrunched up, radiating confusion. “But how about we make a list of things we need to work out before you have a playroom here?”

It’d take me at least a month to find a discreet contractor to do the work anyway.

The one who built the club should be able to work me in, but I knew to get the best service, I’d need to get Austin to introduce us first. I wasn’t supposed to know about the guys’ personal lives, so it would get awkward without Austin there to tell me what I already knew.
