“Since when do you care?”

“Amore, we’ve got a serious problem. Get the fuck in that bedroom before I count to ten or I’m going to make you pay heavily.”

“No. I’m leaving, Alessio. You can go on seeing whatever whore you’re seeing.”

With a loud bang, I’m startled by his office door flying open and hitting the wall. Storming out is my husband, tugging off his tie. “Dario, will you take the boys to your house? I need to remind my wife where she fucking belongs.”

“Will the weekend be enough time?”

“Sounds great.” I’m over his shoulder and he’s taking the steps two at a time, growling and snarling, speaking in Italian the entire way up. I don’t understand a single word, but it sounds dark and sexy coming out of his filthy mouth.

The second the door to our bedroom is thrown open, he carries me in and tosses me on the mattress. I bounce on and try to make a run for it. Alessio’s too quick and his thick hand wraps around my waist, lifting me up, setting me in the center of the bed. With my arms stretched over my head, tugs his tie all the way off and uses it to bind my wrists.

“I told you one day I’d tie you to the bed if you tried to leave. Well, I guess today is that motherfucking day.” He stands up and walks to the door, I think he’s going to leave, but he locks it.

“Why?”

“Why What?”

“Why tie me up when you don’t obviously want me here?”

“I know what this is about, amore.”

“Stop calling me that when you don’t mean it.”

“Enough.” He heads into the closet and pulls out a pair of scissors that I hid from the kids. “These will do.” He grabs my blouse and cuts right up the middle. “Perfect.”

“What the hell, Alessio. I just got that.”

“I don’t give a fuck. You’re not going anywhere, anyway. You think you can leave me because I don’t fuck that tight little hole for nine fucking days.”

“It’s more than that.” He grabs my shoes and takes them off as he goes my socks I kick him, but he’s quick and I hit his side only.

He grunts, “That’s not fair play, amore.” Standing, he loses his dress shirt, pants, and shoes, leaving on an undershirt and boxer briefs. The rose tattoo on his arm makes me wonder if I’ve lost my mind and am overreacting.

Suddenly he jumps onto the bed, tearing off my leggings like a man possessed. With my panties still on, he flips me onto my belly and hovers his larger frame over mine.

“I’d never betray you, mistreat you because you are everything to me, Juniper D’Amato, but you’ve been a very bad girl. Trying to leave me isn’t something I can forgive so easily. You’ll have to be punished.” His hand wraps around my throat as the last few words come from his lips. “I love you. Don’t you ever doubt that again.” His other hand comes down on my ass. Several slaps, repeatedly.

Slowly, he works his fingers under the material of my expensive underwear, knowing he’s made a mess of my pussy without even trying. As upset as I am at him, my body belongs to him. “I need you, amore just like you need me. Nine days is too fucking long. I can’t wait another minute.” I feel and hear the fabric tear before the rustle of his boxer briefs and then he takes me in one long thrust.

“You can’t leave me. I love you, my sweet Juniper.”

“Alessio, please don’t stop.” He works me over, fucking me hard and fast, sweat and desire spread all over us. I grip the pillows with my tied hands while he holds onto my hips, fucking me into pure bliss.

“I’m coming.” My body falls apart when I’m in his arms and he lets go. For a moment, I forget our problems and remember that I live for this man, but then the euphoria is gone. The anger and pain is back and I twist my body around, forcing him to pull out and that’s what I see he’s been hiding. A large red stain is covering his side the one I kicked him on.

“Alessio,” I cry out, getting up onto my knees on the bed and reaching out for my bleeding husband.

“Calm down, amore. I’m fine.”

“Fine? You’re bleeding.”

“Yes, well. It sometimes comes with the line of work. It’s been so long since something like this happened.” He unties my wrists.

“So this is what you’ve been hiding from me. Why didn’t you tell me?” I can’t fight back the tears as they fall.

He quickly wipes them away with the pads of his thumbs. “I didn’t want you to worry.”

I slap his chest forgetting that he’s hurt because he’s a complete ass. “You fucking idiot. Men are so fucking stupid. I’ve been thinking you’re out cheating on me because you avoid me and the kids.”
