With one more deep pump he emptied every drop of his seed in me. With his mouth on the back of my neck, he bit slightly, and I knew that he was marking me as his. It was subtle and wouldn’t leave a mark, but my soul felt it. Like a wild animal biting onto his mate as he mounted her. Alessandro was breeding me, demanding I bring in the next generation with him.
I tilted my head, giving him more of me to latch onto and he took it. Licking, nipping, and kissing me until I was squeezing his semi-hard cock again.
“Let’s take this upstairs. The staff knows to be scarce when you’re with me, but I’d hate to have to kill one of my men for seeing you in the throes of passion.” He pulled out of me, and the feeling wasn’t pleasant. I almost felt bereft. He tucked himself in and zipped up before swooping me into his arms and carrying me up the large staircase to his bedroom. We fucked all day long, having food brought up to us. It was magical.
After our day in bed, he had to go back to working full time and I only saw him before and after his long day. He’d fuck me until I passed out. It was the day of my flight back to Chicago and Alessandro hadn’t brought up staying here again. It seemed like he completely forgot about it all.
Did he want me here permanently or was it just a fun week of wild sex? He wasn’t going to be back from work in town until late, so I decided it was best to walk around the little village outside of the villa. I walked down the street and felt the evil glares of women. Cosimo had come with me, but I asked him to stop in and order me some food because I didn’t speak the language while I explored the little square. I’d gotten about two buildings away from the restaurant when a woman came up to me and pushed me against a wall.
“Alessandro isn’t yours, Puttana. You stole my fiancé from me and our son.” She rubbed her swollen stomach and I’d nearly fainted.
“He never said he had a baby mama.”
“Of course he didn’t. He never does. I was just like you. A stupid girl visiting from another city when he seduced me, promising me the world. You’ll be just like me when he finds the next fool to fall for his charms.”
Feeling sick and unsure. I fled. I couldn’t go back to the villa and face the memories and lies we shared. Thankfully, my purse had everything I needed to go back to America, so I hailed a taxicab and headed to the airport.
Chapter Nine
Alessandro
I was just leaving my meeting with the police regarding the tour company who were also the people who robbed her hotel room. They’d been apprehended and would be charged. They already sold her belongings, but I’d buy her new ones. As soon as I got in the car, I powered my phone back on so I could call Cosimo. I had my proposal ready and waiting. I should have done it sooner, but work kept me so damn busy I didn’t find a perfect way to ask her to marry me. Immediately the texts popped up. She disappeared. Someone saw her get into a taxi.
I’m at the airport. Isabella’s boarding her flight back to the States.
I called him back after reading the messages. “What the fuck do you mean Isabella ran off and flew back home?”
“Perdonami. I’m sorry. She asked me to get her some food and wanted to wait outside. I never expected her to run.”
“Damn it. I didn’t think she’d do that to me either.” A pain shot through my chest and a burning sensation lingered. “Did you find out why?” I asked after catching my breath.
“No, I rushed straight to the airport, figuring that would be the only place she would have gone.”
“Smart. Stall the plane. I’ll be there in a few minutes.” I was much closer to the airport than I was at home. “Book me a ticket if you have to.”
I couldn’t lose her. I’d do whatever I had to do to keep Isabella, but I sure as fuck was going to spank her ass for running out on me without the decency to say why.
My phone buzzed again. I answered it as I pulled into the airport parking lot.
“I bought you a ticket, but the flight leaves in five minutes.”
I rushed through the terminal and as soon as I saw Cosimo, I slipped him my gun as he gave me the ticket. My briefcase already had my passport in it with her new one that I ordered, so I could easily get past customs when we landed.
