“Both. Just please fuck me.” That word feels good to say to him. Only him, though. I would never say that to any other person in my life.

He pulls away and steps back. As he does, I remove the panties and wait for his instruction.

“Turn around, place your hands on the bed, and spread your legs.” I get into position without asking any questions. Jake comes up behind me, and his hand trails down my back before it stops on my ass. I feel him tease my entrance. “Rough,” he says and before I can say anything, he also whispers, “Gentle.” And then he slides straight into me. His hands find my hair, and he curls it around his fist, pulling my head back as he slides in and out.

“Tell me, do you want me to fuck you faster or slower?” he asks firmly.

“Slower,” I whisper.

He slows his thrusts and ever so gently pulls all the way out of me. I feel the loss straight away and go to turn my head, but he grips my hair tighter.

“Say it,” he whispers, his cock returning and teasing me again. “Say it, Oriana.”

“Fuck me,” I murmur.

“That’s my girl.” He moans before he slides straight back in.

He fucks me until I see stars, and when I think I can’t possibly stand a second longer, he makes me come. Then he flips me over, slides straight back into me, and lifts my legs over his shoulders.

This time he goes slow, his fingers finding my mouth and sliding over my lips, as he takes me in.

“You are mine. You get that, right?” Unable to speak, I simply nod. “Good. Now let me show this cunt how much I love it.” He pulls out, backs away a few inches, then leans down and places his mouth on my clit. My flesh is sore and hypersensitive, but he shows it the respect it deserves and tastes it so tenderly.

I’m lost in him.

And at the end, when I’m delirious…

I think I even agreed to marry him.

Chapter 35

I love you, equal sex?

Jake

I wake with a start.

When I turn to see Oriana peacefully lying next to me, a part of my soul sings with happiness it’s never experienced before.

Who would have thought that the woman I saw walking down the aisle to another man would one day be mine?

Because that’s what she is.

Mine.

I place my hand just above her mouth to check that she’s still breathing. Sighing in relief, I get up. She moans as I move but rolls over onto her bare stomach and goes back to sleep.

I start pacing in the room.

My therapist explained that this would be a big step.

That seeing her here, in my space, would help me.

She would be a fixture.

Now, the thing is, how do I convince her to never leave?

I asked her to marry me again.

She agreed. Though, I doubt she remembers.

I want her to be in my house, in my bed, with my ring on her finger.

That’s how I see her.

And that’s not something I ever envisioned for myself.

If you had asked me a year ago if this was at all possible, I would have laughed and told you to fuck off.

But one bad night for her turned my life on its ass.

To her, that night will always be tainted with bad memories, which just shows how strong and resilient she is that she has overcome them.

And for me…

It brought me her.

The one woman I would give anything.

“Jake.” I turn to see her peering at me. “Are you okay?”

“I didn’t hurt you,” I say, my tone full of awe.

“I know, Jake.” Her voice is soft.

“How could you trust I wouldn’t hurt you?” I ask, walking over to the bed.

She turns and sits back against the headboard, pulling the sheet up to cover her breasts. Not sure why, as they are one of my favorite things to look at, other than her smile, of course.

“I’m really not sure how to describe it,” she starts, those rainforest eyes locking with mine, warming me from the inside. “But I wanted to have faith in you, and I’m glad I did.” She beams and that smile lights her eyes. “Now, come back to bed. I need to sleep for the next few hours.”

My phone starts ringing, but I ignore it. It keeps on ringing as I climb in next to her.

“Answer it. I’m not going anywhere.”

“Move in with me?” I ask.

“One day, maybe.” She winks, then lays her head on my chest. “Let’s wait until we hit the six-month mark at least, then ask me again.”

“That’s unfair. I wanted you from the minute I saw you,” I argue. “And I have a feeling I’ve loved you from the minute I saw you as well.”

Her eyes find mine from my chest, and her hand touches my heart as she looks up at me. “You love me?” she asks, her voice low, unsure.
